[Resolved] Flipkart — transaction cancelled but amount is deducted from the bank | |||||
Hi, I am Narasimhamurthy. I was trying to book a Nokia mobile phone by selecting EMI option @flipkart on 13/March/2018 while proceeding a order transaction is declined but amount is deducted from my credit card. ₹13220 is deducted and next day filpkart guys are refunded the amount but on 15th March 2018 it seems again marchent has requested the EMI amount bank has transferred the EMI amount to marchent this amount is not refunded. When I call filpkart customer care they are not resolving my issue. Regarding this I have taken complete details from the bank it's clearly mention that amount is sent to filpkart marchent. Verified Support May 05, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the the payment made while placing the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed customer to raise a charge back with the bank for further assistance. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
