Flipkart — transaction failed and money deducted but not refunded | |||
Before covid lockdown, i've ordered a package from flipkart worth rs. 1332 and made a payment through sbi yono app (Android). Money got deducted from my sbi account but order wasn't placed. I've tried to contact their customer support (Both flipkart and sbi) but they haven't paid attention and asked to contact sbi. Sbi in-turn are saying that flipkart have got the payment. Both of them are just saying to ask the other party. I'm firing a complaint against both of them (Seperate for sbi).
