Before covid lockdown, i've ordered a package from flipkart worth rs. 1332 and made a payment through sbi yono app (Android). Money got deducted from my sbi account but order wasn't placed. I've tried to contact their customer support but they haven't paid attention and asked to contact flipkart. Flipkart in-turn are saying that they haven't received any payment yet. None of them actually cares about it.
I'm firing a complaint for both of them (Seperate for flipkart).
