[Resolved] Flipkart — truenet commerce isn't processing my order

So it’s been a few days now, i’ve ordered a mi a1 from the december sale. The order tracker says it is being processed. It’s been like this for like3-4 days the promised date is 14th of december hope it gets here on time flipkart should look for these kinds of dealers, who don’t update their statuses

It is these kinds of things that make a good online market but flipkart doesn’t seem to care, i called the care center seems like they don’t care either they said that it will come on the promised date hope it does so, if it doesn’t i’ll move to snap deal or amazon

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint for delivery delay, we interacted with the customer and apologies for the delay and informed that due to technical issue was not delivered on the promised timeline and date is revised into 18th December informed customer to wait. Contacted the customer told his father picked the call and he confirmed that product delivered hence closing the complaint from our end.
