I ordered a “Realme SLED 139cm (55 inch) Ultra HD TV including Free Delivery and Installation, which was delivered on 27.Nov.2020. On the same day in the afternoon, the Flipkart Technician (Mr. Sushil Gupta) came to my residence to install the TV. Now, the TV was delivered with ‘Table-Legs’ which would not fit on my existing TV table, as it was too small for the new 139cm TV. Therefore, Mr.Sushil Gupta, said he could offer me an ‘Alternate Option’ of a ‘Wall Mount’, which would cost me an extra Rs.3500/-. I agreed to this Option, on condition that I would receive an Invoice/Bill for this amount from Flipkart. Mr.Sushil Gupta assured me that I would receive an Invoice within 48 hours from Flipkart to my registered e-mail address, which would have been the 29.Nov.2020. I received NO SUCH EMAIL, till date.
Mr.Sushil Gupta, installed the TV to my satisfaction and I paid him the Rs.3500/- in CASH. This entire episode was witnessed by my Wife, who was with me the entire time. My wife even made an Orange Drink for Mr.Sushil Gupta. Now, when I followed up with Flipkart on 10.Dec.2020, about the Invoice for the Wall Mount, I was informed by the Customer Executive Mr.UTKASH, that for any TV of 40+ inch size and above, the “WALL MOUNT” was FREE OF COST, and that Mr. Sushil Gupta should not have charged me for the same. Mr.Utkash, even drew my attention to Flipkart’s “Standard Installation Policy”, which clearly stated that ‘Wall Mount’, was Free Of Cost, for TV sizes 40+Inch and above. Mr.Utkash, then registered my OFFICIAL COMPLAINT, with the ID: IN[protected]. A few days later, when I again followed up, and spoke to another Customer Executive Mr.FAIZ, who gave me the same Complaint ID as before, and explained I would be getting a response to my Complaint ( which is still forthcoming till date). When nothing transpired, I wrote 3 emails to Flipkart (see attached), which have gone UNANSWERED.
I now seek your assistance and JUSTICE !
