    have brought his laptop named Vostro 3491 series (i3 gen 8gb ram)
    from flipkart (Seller: RetailNet)

    i didn't even use it for 1 day, after updating the bios and driver. motherboard got failed (dell inspected it and said that issue is mother board failure). i contacted flipkart for replacement/refund. they rejected my refund saying dell should look upon this. so i contacted dell for this issue. they says, motherboard is on no stock. so we will look upon the parts, it is been 20 days, no choices to made from both sides. how can a new laptop have motherboard failure issue. ok, if that so, i should be given a refund or replacement right. how can I be assure of that other parts are good. it may go faulty, after usage. Do i need to replace every parts and build new laptop using warranty. Please do needful and give refund or replacement for this issue as soon as possible.

      Hello,

      I've ordered multiple items recently using flipkart and I've been so disappointed with customer service since I've encountered instances in which the product is delivered but with incorrect item and in one instance partial item got delivered although the sticker on the box indicates the ordered item.

      Ordered two Naturoz Popular Whole Cashews (1 kg) and two 250gm of Almond packs were delivered on 11th Nov 2020, when called up customer care was advised to write a mail. I did write and email at [protected]@flipkart.com which doesn't really work (I don't know why a firm like flipkart wont have a email support).

      This is pathetic customer service when I keep on calling customer care and get no response and always been advised that the correct product will be delivered and if not then please call back. I've been calling the customer care since 11th November and they have been postponing the issue and haven't been able to provide any resolution. The product is cancelled and I've haven't received any refund. Please find attached order details for your reference.

      I need an urgent resolution and response to the above. Please take action ASAP, please provide refund as soon as possible since I've had enough of following up with customer care.

        I have recently received duplicate product for Order ID OD[protected], in flipkart which was made for a SAMSUNG GALAXY WATCH 42 MM LTE SMARTWATCH. The received watch was actually an exact duplicate copy of SAMSUNG GALAXY WATCH. The orginal watch has 5 sensors and a SAMSUNG label imprinted on its back which was missing in the received product. The received product contained only 2 sensors. The product was received in a packet of SAMSUNG GEAR SPORT package which was also duplicate. The user's guide inside the packet doesn't belong to SAMSUNG.

              I ordered a coffee table from flipkart...the scheduled installation was on 7th december...the product got delivered but the installation got cancelled automatically and till now there is no response from flipkart

                On 9 oct 2020 I was ordering a t-shirt of ammount 1049 rs ..I have sucessfully paid 1049 using my mobikwik upi ..but the order was not placed in flipkart..it's 2 months ..till now I have enquired multiple times in bank and mobikwik and they have confirmed that the payment was sucessfully done as usual..( I have also a proof that was given by bank that payment is successful)..but the worst costumer service of flipkart always deny that the seller haven't recieved the payment ..I don't know what's wrong with the employees of flipkart..everytime they deny it but I have the proof that payment was sucessfully done...
                Refund my money back..

                  Hi Friends,

                  I have purchased a 2 chairs from Flipkart, one for me and to my colleague.

                  If we sit on the chair and lean back we are felling down. Observed same issue for both the chair. I do no know what quality check measurements from Flipkart. Out 2 chairs if 2 chairs are having same issue think the quality of items in flipkart. This one part of the issue. Below is the one more major issues after the sales.

                  Now I have raised the complaint on both the orders.
                  Order 1: Order ID - OD[protected]
                  Order 2: Order ID - OD[protected]
                  This order 2 is mine and order 1 is my colleagues. Below mention details are related to order 2.
                  On the installation day of 24th October 2020 raised an issue by the installation person and later by me. They just kept replacement but the chair is not even dispatched or not approving refund after 20 days. If we reach to customer care they are not even giving any response and after some time the call will be disconnected.

                  Please do not buy any items from flipkart.
                  Amazon is way far better is services after sale and quality of the product compared to flipkart

                      Last 0ct 2019 booking 6 tickets around 16000 Date of Journey March 27 2020., same time Covid 19 pendamic total lucknow in india.They send me a message October 13 your booking amount total refund me during working 7 days. After working day not reflect my account, then He told me send your bank account details, after sending trough email I waiting, but they not send me my my mony, many time calling, many time email, they send a date, but which date they not refunded.
                      After sending bank details Already gone 3 months, they take some days, already pending 1 year my money.
                      Please kindly help to refund my money

                        Can't able to give account detail as bank branch not mentioned in the options for bank IFSC code

                        I am Pawan tiwari I have ordered a blanket of amount 2359 on date 24th November 2020 and return it after 29 november I have returned the product regarding personal reasons.flipkart have mentioned that my refund was been made by 8 December but it can't reach to my bank account due to some fault and they have send me a link to give detail of my bank account but I can't able to type my IFSC code there as when I click to type my IFSC code it...

                            please refer the above order and the delivery date is wantonly delayed beyond the assured date of delivery when we booked the order .Initially it was saying 0n 14 th Dec but now we are getting message that on 16 th it will be delivered .

                            Why is it so? We need the product on 14 th itself. Ask the courier to deliver .

                            I have been a regular customer of Flipkart and don't worry us.Please adhere to the schedule.

                              My flight was cancelled on 27th October and Airline has transfered amount to flipkart on 28th October. Even after continuous follow-ups they are not refunding the amount. Not giving proper support also. Amount of 4093 is pending to be received by me. Request help as they are just giving dates and don't actually solving issue.

                                Hello, I have purchased during diwali offers, where i had purchased Asus VivoBook 14 Core i5, during offer the price of the product was 55990, discount was for Rs.1749 and old laptop sony vivo i3 was given as exchange for the above laptop for rs.6800/- and i had purchased the product on no EMI option available.

                                on the invoice it was mentioned that Rs. 47441 no EMI cost for 6 months thru my credit card should come 7907, whereas my bank EMIi statement should Rs.8304 means the different of Rs.697 extra to be paid by me IN MY NO COST EMI (interest of Rs.495.57, gst 18%= Rs.89) from where did the interest of 495.57 come when the same under NO COST EMI, WHEN I CONTACTED THE BANK, THEY SAY CONTACT YOUR FLIPKART AS WE GOT REQUEST FOR THE SAME.

                                When i contact my Bank he says this IEM from merchant side instant, for this need to contact Flipkar, as bank say merchant has deducted this.

                                kindly look into this on top priority and clarify to my bank deducting NO COSE EMI, W/O INTEREST, THIS CLARIFICATION FLIPKAR HAS TO DO.

                                PL. DO NO MAKE A CUSTOMER FOOTBALL, BY SAYING CONTACT YOUR BANK, BANK SAYS CONTACT FLIKART. YOU BEING THE MERCHANT I HAVE PURCHASED PRODUCT FROM YOU, PLEASE CALRIFY IMMEDIATELY.

                                  I had paid my flipkart paylater amount of 390rs on 3rd of November buts still everyday i getting message of flipakrt paylater amount overdue from 33 days...And get call for payment...
                                  and my account has been blocked so i am unable to log in my account ...i attched my payment slip screenshot and messages of my ogerdue amount...
                                  please solve my query...same query i am raising from so many days...before amount was 390rs and that i had been paid but now its 450rs...

                                    I orderd a pen drive on flipcart. When delivery boy call me he say you come to the kunda chauraha that is 2 - 3 km in my home. When i say you plz come and i will picked up my Courier on the road that is near my home then he behave very badly and cut my phone call

                                      I want make your attention towards company Flip kart. I booked 3 flights from Flipkart to travel on 11th and 25th Appril 2020 But it’s cancelled by the airline due to COVID restrictions during lockdown.
                                      It has been almost 7-8 month and by now i have contacted Flipcart atleast 6 times on call and around 30+ mail communications. Every time the responce i get it that the issue has been escalated and i get a time to wait by.
