Refund not done canc by seller

Hi Flipkart,

I have purchased a realme 7 (Mobile) product online with an amount of Rs 10143 on date 19th Oct 2020 which was cancelled by the seller, No amount is refunded by your team. I have done numerous complaints from the last 15 days and still the refund is not received.

This issue caused me poor services caused you mental harassment and I am demanding compensation for it.

COD facility has been disabled

Not updating my mobile no.

I, Pradeep Kumar Sharma, registered user of flipkart since 2015. Unfortunately, I lost the phone (Mobile No. +91-[protected]) in Dec 2017 for which I stopped using Flipkart. I mailed to Flipkart Customer Care mail - [protected]@flipkart.com on 11th Oct, 2020 & further to [protected]@flipkart.com on 13th Oct, 2020 for the mobile no update to +91-[protected].

Till now, the mobile no. hasn't been updated.

I ordered iPhone SE2 on 16 October 2020 against exchange of, my phone. It was to be delivered on 18 Oct. The person who came for delivery said that he was new and could not check the phone. Therefore his supervisor would come for exchange and delivery. Since then, Flipkart has given repeated dates for delivery- 29 oct, 3 Nov, 6 Nov, 9 Nov but no delivery is being made. They keep saying that matter is escalated but no wishmaster is coming...

I was order a Laptop on Flipkart During Big Billion Day Scam on 15th October (ORDER ID : OD[protected] after that the laptop was deliver to me on 17th October, but I'm facing an issue with that laptop (Laptop fan & speaker make wired noise). I dont see any where that we should not use international credit/debit card for payments on Flipkart and still a support rep of Flipkart named "Tanmoy" said "This is the flipkart policy, we don't accept International cards."...

Issue regarding not resolved complaint of replacement

Order delivery complaint

I phone supposed to be delivered on 1st Nov not yet delivered and no communication from Flipkart

Installation and demo from samsung expert cancelled automatically

I ordered Samsung Fully Automatic Top Load washing machine on 2nd Nov 2020, and they delivered it on 5th Nov 2020 and the installation date was 9th Nov 2020 but today when I checked the status of installation on flipkart, it shows me that installation and demo from samsung expert has been cancelled. How can this happen? Without any message without any instructions how can they cancel this?...

Account Blocked by Flipkart for no reason.

My account with email ID : [protected]@gmail.com is blocked by Flipkart on 6 Nov 2020 without stating any reason. I have some money in Flipkart Gift Card Wallet which is stuck. I want flipkart to either reactivate my account or give back my gift card money. I have contacted Flipkart Customer Care 2-3 times and everytime they increase the response time by 3 days.
