Hello, I have purchased during diwali offers, where i had purchased Asus VivoBook 14 Core i5, during offer the price of the product was 55990, discount was for Rs.1749 and old laptop sony vivo i3 was given as exchange for the above laptop for rs.6800/- and i had purchased the product on no EMI option available.
on the invoice it was mentioned that Rs. 47441 no EMI cost for 6 months thru my credit card should come 7907, whereas my bank EMIi statement should Rs.8304 means the different of Rs.697 extra to be paid by me IN MY NO COST EMI (interest of Rs.495.57, gst 18%= Rs.89) from where did the interest of 495.57 come when the same under NO COST EMI, WHEN I CONTACTED THE BANK, THEY SAY CONTACT YOUR FLIPKART AS WE GOT REQUEST FOR THE SAME.
When i contact my Bank he says this IEM from merchant side instant, for this need to contact Flipkar, as bank say merchant has deducted this.
kindly look into this on top priority and clarify to my bank deducting NO COSE EMI, W/O INTEREST, THIS CLARIFICATION FLIPKAR HAS TO DO.
