Hi Flipkart,

I have purchased a realme 7 (Mobile) product online with an amount of Rs 10143 on date 19th Oct 2020 which was cancelled by the seller, No amount is refunded by your team. I have done numerous complaints from the last 15 days and still the refund is not received.

This issue caused me poor services caused you mental harassment and I am demanding compensation for it.

Flipkart has disabled my COD service but I am using Flipkart for years. I have purchased many products from them, but I have returned some products too Cus of cheap quality. So they Disabled COD facility for me....

I, Pradeep Kumar Sharma, registered user of flipkart since 2015. Unfortunately, I lost the phone (Mobile No. +91-[protected]) in Dec 2017 for which I stopped using Flipkart. I mailed to Flipkart Customer Care mail - [protected]@flipkart.com on 11th Oct, 2020 & further to [protected]@flipkart.com on 13th Oct, 2020 for the mobile no update to +91-[protected].

Till now, the mobile no. hasn't been updated.

Installation not completed..accessories missing..customer care not giving proper service..not taking back under return policy....

I ordered iPhone SE2 on 16 October 2020 against exchange of, my phone. It was to be delivered on 18 Oct. The person who came for delivery said that he was new and could not check the phone. Therefore his supervisor would come for exchange and delivery. Since then, Flipkart has given repeated dates for delivery- 29 oct, 3 Nov, 6 Nov, 9 Nov but no delivery is being made. They keep saying that matter is escalated but no wishmaster is coming...

I was order a Laptop on Flipkart During Big Billion Day Scam on 15th October (ORDER ID : OD[protected] after that the laptop was deliver to me on 17th October, but I'm facing an issue with that laptop (Laptop fan & speaker make wired noise). So I raised a replacement request on 18th October 2020 which was accepted by flipkart on 24th October and committed that the laptop will be replace on 4th November 2020, but they don't do replacement...

As per the service request Flipkart service engineer visited my home twice on 8th Oct 2020 and on 7th Nov 2020 inspected my TV and both engineers...

I dont see any where that we should not use international credit/debit card for payments on Flipkart and still a support rep of Flipkart named "Tanmoy" said "This is the flipkart policy, we don't accept International cards."...

i order a lenovo laptop on 15th oct and got delivered on 19th oct after that i recived a defective product i immediately raise a complaint after that requested for refund so flipkart will scheduled technician vist on 1st nov after that they approved for return onwards pickup was done on 6th nov by courier partner named delhivery...

I have ordered Hotline Plus Charcoal Grill -OD[protected] this product on 15th oct 2020 for which i have paid already, expected delivery date was 23rd oct 2020 which flipkart failed to deliver and then they changed delivery date to 25th oct 2020 . By 25th also flipkart failed to deliver. I raised complaint in flipkart by calling them then they assured by anyhow product will be delivered by 30th oct 2020.On 29th i received call...

I have made complaint by call to flipkart 4-5 times but all the times the Filpkart executives has cut the call and not listen my issue completely. However I have initiate the product return request online but still no one has come and receive the product for replacement/refund....

I have recieved defective product from flipkart and i have request replacement on same date of delivery on 24th october.i have made atleast more than 20 calls for refund and resolution but they have cancelled my request two times now return policy is over.flipkartvus doing nothing but ignoring customers please refund my amount of 849...

Today i have a delivery for my product.Atfrist i didn't receive any massage for the delivery guy no. So i called the customer service care.they said to wait till 6 pm.. at 5:30 fpkrt massage me the delivery boy no. Ad afier 5 minutes i got the call. But i can't receive the call at that moment because of my online classes. So i left the class and after 5 minutes later i called him back..he is saying that he can't deliver me the product because...

I had ordered I phone on 29th Oct and it was showing delivery date on 1st Nov, I received communication that product will be delayed and delivered on 8th Nov, Flipkart is cheating customers by showing wrong delivery date. on 8th Nov product not delivered and no communication provided to me, when I reached out to call center I got to know that it will be delivered on 9th Nov, so far no delivery happened and no communication, on Flipkart application...

My company is the Flipkart trailer and service provider customer care service my product is Flipkart by 500 Watt juicer mixer grinder damaged product 7 days policy not replacement and not refund my complain is is product replacement and fully refund...

I ordered Samsung Fully Automatic Top Load washing machine on 2nd Nov 2020, and they delivered it on 5th Nov 2020 and the installation date was 9th Nov 2020 but today when I checked the status of installation on flipkart, it shows me that installation and demo from samsung expert has been cancelled. How can this happen? Without any message without any instructions how can they cancel this?...

I want flipkart to either reactivate my account or give back my gift card money. I have contacted Flipkart Customer Care 2-3 times and everytime they increase the response time by 3 days. I am a responsible customer of Flipkart for past 6 years and I am not entitled...

This was delivered to me on 08.11.2020. Order No. is OD[protected]. While I ordered the offer was for a pack of 2. But only one was delivered. The MRP of each is Rs. 250.00.
