[Resolved] Flipkart — Twice my order is cancelled | |||
Hi, I am Aniruddha Naik, email:[protected]@gmail.com I have registered for the Xiaomi note 4G sale on 30 Dec 2014 and successfully booked and placed the order for the device today on COD on the name of Sreeraj Nair my friend. Order ID: OD[protected] Within 15 mins I got the email stating that the order is cancelled as they could not reach my number. While I didn't receive any call from flipkart for the order confirmation. I called the customer care for the issue. The customer representative said that the order was cancelled because of some technical issue. I asked them to speak to a senior. The senior said that the order was cancelled because I have ordered more than 3 electronic tech devices from flipkart from same account. I told them is this the reason for the order cancellation. the rep said yes and asked me to place the order from a new email address. I said this is not acceptable. Is it my fault that I bought more electronic devices from the same account and there is no such description written on any website stating that a person cannot order more than 3 electronic items from same account. Eariler also they cancelled my COD order for MOTO G2nd gen for the same reason. Order ID: OD[protected] Now I have to re register for the next sale from another account and wait till 2 pm on 6th Jan to buy the device. I am a genuine regular customer for Flipkart. I think the service is pathetic from Flipkart. I am highly dissatisfied. I really need a compensation for the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
