[Resolved] Flipkart — Unable to change existing mobile number. | |
I have created flipkart account almost six years back with a mobile number XXXXXX8972 . The service provider of that number was Aircel which is not operating now. The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as the carrier is not an operative one and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number. I've already lodged complaints multiple times but they seems to not bothered about it.
