[Resolved] Flipkart — unable to change mobile number in flipkart account

I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number 709533xxxx. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

i am unable to update my mobile number .
whenever i enter correct otp n password, i get a msg showing identifier is already been used.
kindly help me !!!

same issue...Flipkart do something about this
Flipkart sent me a wrong product, expensive one at that. Now that I want it refunded, they are saying that they have sent an OTP to my Mobile No...The No in question (Simcard was already surrendered to the Mobile Company three years back and hence I am not using that number now)..When I ask them to send the OTP in the No that I am using now, the number they print in all the products I purchase from them, they say I need to update the No first. When I try to update, I get the same rubbish "identifier is already been used"...Something needs to be done about this issue..Hopefully Flipkart will do something about this pertinent issue and not end up losing customers left, right and centre because of such ignorance.

I have facing from same issue and I am trying to Flipkart to change my number my old was lost 4 years back and the phone number is inactive and all the verification is done on the number I used now but When i use Paylater they need my old number. They doesn’t want there customer to help then why they ask to buy from them.

If you have access to both of your numbers, you can easily update new contact number from my profile section. We you don't have access to your old registered number, only flipkart support can verify it and change it.

i m facing the same problem as i want to chnge my phone number & i dont have an old phone number with me
