I purchased a watch and returned due to not working immediately returned the product but no money received around rs. 400/-. It was showing message that money already returned after 12days but no money deposited till date in my account. Please initiate action against flipkart. This type of negligence on the part of flipkart is very serious and any purchase from flipkart will put the customer into trouble. Please deposit the money immediately

    I have ordered 1 air fryer to gift it to my grind on his wedding. The cost of air fryer is Rs. 4834 on 8jan2019. I gifted the product to my friend on his wedding. My friend went to his honeymoon after his wedding and came back on 28 jan 2019 and opened the product. He found a cheap quality Roti maker instead of air fryer in the box. I called up customer care so they said return or refund policy of your product is over and now we are sorry. And they are not at all ready to consider the request.

      I got a defective piece from flip kart
      Guys don't buy this product from flip kart.

      Asked flip kart for replace the replace they says me that there return period is over so visit service center
      I went to center and told me its a defective product they cannot do anything without paid service. Its costly around 11000 (Phone cost is 9999/-.) and there is no warranty for the same due to its defective one.
      I have word with my advocate and told me that flip kart knows that the court procedure so long so by the meanwhile we will left the suits. For your acknowledge kindly not that its a cheating, defective product distributing company (I am doubting that they deliver me a refurbished product. Don't trust them up. I have contacted customer care so they are saying that its your problem that you are not informed us before the return period is over.
      What ever it is, i am going to suit a file against them.. Nobody else need not cheat by them.

          Why the company sharing personal details of what being ordered through your website to fraud people. Seems like flipkart is itself is a fraud company. Will never order in future with flipkart. It unfortunate that I order something after a long period.

            Flipkart order id - od[protected]
            Ordered mi led tv 4xpro worth rs39999 along with extended warranty of 2 years worth rs2597 on 26th jan 2019.
            And got it delivered by 28th jan 2019.
            Then requested for a return within 1 day of delivery (29th jan 2019). Product was not even removed from the box.
            Flipkart implicitly returned the extended warranty, but didn't accepted the return of tv (As rejected by seller with a genuine reason as per their policy).

            Now as i am having the tv only without the extended warranty, i have asked flipkart provide the warranty back again, and i will again pay the amount of rs2597.

            But flipkart rejected to provide me the warranty again, stating that this service of extended warranty cannot be bought separately from flipkart.
            They are asking me to talk to a third party service provider 'jeeves' to buy the warranty separately.
            Jeeves have the same extended warranty service available at a higher price of rs3070/-.

            Now i have been complaining to flipkart that due to their internal operational problems (Which is returning the extended warranty without accepting return of the tv), i have to pay additional amount of rs 473/[protected].
            I have done multiple escalations (4 times) of the concern with flipkart's customer support, and they have said they won't be entertaining my concern any more, and won't be supporting any further.

            I have wasted around 2 hours of my important time in speaking with flipkart's team to get more & more furious.
            My problem is not rs473/- that i have to pay extra, but rather the mental pressure & harassment that i have to face because of an operational glitch at flipkart's end.

            We have interacted with the customer and told the difference amount of 473/- is refunded to the Flipkart wallet by the seller. The customer agreed and was happy with the resolution. Closing the case.
            Fast delivery
            I ordered for two bottles of Denver Deo and two bottles of beer shampoo but I didn't got the product Flipkart is showing as delivered for these products
            it was a cash on delivery so I didn't lost the money but I wasted time waiting for the order to come which was a bad experience
            please do something if Flipkart can do

                Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked and has Gift Voucher of Rs.2511/-. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. And also asked Gift voucher details but customer could not give proper details so we could not fetch details correctly so informed customer if details are given then we can help him further but customer didnot provide details & said doesnot want any money. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                  Order id : od[protected]. I have received a different bag which i was supposed to get american tourister bag. I filed for return request and on 29/01/19 my account is blocked my flipkart and the return is cancelled. No response to twitter messages, cs can't help me saying we cannot do anything. I want my hard earned money back for the wrong product what u guys sent me, dont be with a filthy behaviour by blocking the account and cheating your customer. I want you to refund my hard earned money back with compensation for the mental agony caused. Further i am ready to file civil litigation case against flipkart for cheating under section ipc 406, 420 and cyber crime from my lawyer. So before going to that extent, kindly refund my money at the earliest and dont make yourself trouble. You cannot cheat your customer by sending someother brand and claiming it to be american tourister. I trusted from the photo which your seller uploaded who was new to flipkart. Kindly refund my money and take back your product which you sent me wrongly. #flipkartscam #flipkartfraud

                  The claim is genuine. So refund my money. First it was under resolution and all of a sudden it was cancelled and account blocked.

                  The whole world sees this post and i hope i get some support from other people like me who is facing this kinda situation from worst ecommerce flipkart

                                  Product name: sony usm32ba2//usm32ba2/s in 32 otg drive (Silver, type a to micro usb)

                                  I order one of above mentioned product, i got offer for this product from amazon also but only of delivery issue i order this product from flipkart.

                                  That time amazon and flipkart both are offering the sale.

                                  That time price was rs.629/- now its showing rs.759/-

                                  On 23rd i order this product from flipkart, received delivery date on 28th.
                                  There was no any confirmation or information received from flipkart then i mailed to respective team about my order.

                                  Now team reverting this product has been canceled and refund has been initiated to account.

                                  What does that mean?

                                  I have not done any fd in flipkart, i just order a product which has not been deliver on time as well as it has been canceled without informing me.

                                  If flipkart not having any sale when amazon offering then why he advertising fraud sale and taking amount from customer..

                                  I want the product as soon as possible, otherwise i will publish this matter to social media, and mentioned about please be carefull to by product from flipkart..

                                    I have ordered fossil 4th generation watch on 20 january and i received on 22 january when i get after get my watch i face problem in watch restart again and again and bettry is with very bad performance and i tell the issue and also telling for replacement also but still i not get any response please resolve my queery and its very bad experience site like flipkart.
                                    Most bad experience i have with flipkart please resolve my issue as soon as possible. I spend 19995 but product is just not like a simple watch i get stuck everytime i penic about watch and product.

                                    On 26th jan I was ordered syska H13 earphone from flipkart worth 1044 and did online payment by SBI card . After 2, 3 days I checked my flipkart account for track my order but no details are there in my cart or in my orders section please give infomation about this matter
                                    Not so good response of delivering a mobile phone between a fix date.And even company doesn't give good response.And to be serious about my call.When i said i have emergency to pick up my phone till date 25 jan 2019 still no message of wishmaster boy and company to me.

                                      Kindly note that i use my sbi credit card in flipkart.
                                      .
                                      I have issue regarding my order as ifb 23 l convection microwave oven, extended warranty 2 year by flipkart protect, gubb plastic tongue cleaner and bel casa lock & store rectangle - 125 ml, 550 ml polypropylene grocery container with order id od[protected]

                                      Kindly note that my transaction done on 24.01.2019 however still my order status as awaiting payment confirmation.
                                      .
                                      Also note that in my credt card account status emi is already booked.
                                      .
                                      Hence request you to resolve the issue as soon as posible.

                                      I already in touch with flipkart customer service till the date i can’t get status of my transaction.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        Let me bring to your notice on the double billing for grocery items ordered and delivered to my address b. Aishwarya, (My daughter) no: 3, mahendra varman street, rajiv gandhi nagar, nesappakkam, chennai-600078.

                                        The said grocery items were ordered on flipkart on 9-1-2019 and the invoice date is mentioned as[protected]. The grand total of billing is rs.666. We paid through the sbi debit card when the grocery items arrived at our door.

                                        The delivery boy swiped sbi debit card twice citing some technical glitches, while we chose to pay electronically by using the debit card, which resulted in debiting of the amount twice over from our sbi savings account (Joint account held by parents u. Bharathan (Myself) and b. Indhumathy (Wife). An amount of rs.666 was withdrawn twice from our account for a single bill.

                                        The order was made by a. Sudhamathy, my sister - in - law, from her personal phone no:[protected] and the associated email id is sudha92. [protected]@gmail.com

                                        Here with this mail, i am attaching the tax invoice/ bill of supply for your reference. May i request you to rectify the mistake and return the money of rs.666 immediately.

                                        I have been a regular customer of flipkart and this anomaly is billing has caused me a lot of pain. Please find the bill of supply in the attachment. Kindly get back to me asap.
