I have continous follow up with flipkart team but till date no any action taken by flipkart team.

We have interacted with the customer and and informed that order was cancelled and refund was also completed by the seller . Also, the seller has confirmed the refund has been completed[protected]. But customer was asking for compensation so denied for the same.Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

    Flipkart blocked my account saying i have returned so many products. But it was not true i orders for over[protected] per month i have returned the products with which i faced a issue and i am a flipkart plus member. Please unblock my account on email [protected]@gmail.com. One thing i want to know i am buying of products over 10000 permonth in flipkart i dont have any right to return product like the products which i dont like. Please unblock my account.

      With the utmost respect i beg to state i sofi kamal wanna draw your benign attention of my following subject.

      As on dated 11/dec/18 i tried to purchase a mobile lenovo k9 blue from your store unfortunately order couldn't successful but my amount debited from my bank.

      Regarding this matter i had lodge complaint by calling your cs.
      I also lodge a complaint at my bank branch and they replied transaction successful and amount credited to merchant.

      Sometimes your customer service executive told i couldn't see your bank attachment sometimes even i showed him/her bank reply they replied give written form, sometime there are no transaction found in your flipkart ac and provide transaction ref no. And i didn't understand why what kind nonsensical harassment???

      As per term and condition bank has been replied my complaint and i not any proper resolution from your end and for that reason i had register this kind serious complaint at national consumer court.

      I sincerely appreciate your attention to this matter and i look forward to your reply.

        I ordered electric heater (Orpat och1420 carbon room heater) on 28th dec 2018 through flipkart (Order number: od[protected] and got delivery of same on 10th jan 2018. (Supplier delayed the delivery without providing any reason)
        When we opened the package, we found that carbon rod of the heater was in complete broken state. I requested the return on very next day refund id:[protected], my request to return was accepted and flipkart promised to pick the damaged good in 2 days. But my request to return was cancelled without giving any reason by flipkart in 1 day.
        I again requested the return and flipkart again accepted the request to return, but cancel my return request again without providing any reason (Refund id:[protected]).
        For the third time i have again raised the return request[protected] and still nobody from flipkart has contacted me to talk about my loss and return request getting auto cancelled by system.
        I just cannot believe how a big company like flipkart is doing business with such disgusting practices and no proper customer care support. You will not even find the customer care number which is in working state. I have tried calling all the number mentioned below which i have found over the internet and none of the numbers are working.

        This all had given me such a bad experience and mental stress that i cannot even think of making another online purchase from flipkart.

            I ordered a yuphoria mobile battery (Order#od[protected], it was supposed to reach to me by 13th jan but even after waiting late evening of 13th jan the product was not delivered. Later, i sent a mail & called flipkart customer care & mentioned that if the order is not delivered on 13th jan, i don’t need that product anymore as my relatives will be moving out of country & they won’t be here to use that product. The customer care agree that they will arrange for the delivery earliest but the fact is that it wasn’t delivered on 13th jan, instead 14th jan its delivered, by that time my relatives were already moved & hence i requested customer care to refund my amount as i will not be using that product anymore, in return i received very arrogant & bad response from customer care executives (Mr. Avinash kumar - senior escalation desk team), mentioned that i have not mentioned anywhere about the issue & i won’t be refunded for the same reason even if it’s a delay from them, they don't entertain refund for the product.
            I have mentioned the same in my all calls/mails stating that if flipkart is delivering product late, somebody may not be needed on that moment, and flipkart doesn't have any rights to deny the refund, please resolve the issue at the earliest & refund my money.

            My complaints against flipkart team:
            =
            1. Failed to deliver the product within the committed time & hence they need to understand/agree that it’s the main reason for refund of the item.
            2. Lack of service even after getting 100% money from customer.
            3. Customer was treated in an arrogant way by flipkart executives.

            Escalation manager agree to refund the amount after understanding the core problem. Anyone can reach out to escalation team by contacting '[email protected]' & explaining the issue in detail, so that the escalation manager will help you out. But having said that, flipkart is still need to go long way to really satisfy the customer n hope they will improve in coming days...

            Escalation manager agree to refund the amount after understanding the core problem. The issue could have resolved at the customer service desk itself instead of reaching out escalation manager, definitely flipkart needs to understand the gueninity of the issue n resolve the issue at the earliest to satisfy the customer...

I got conformation, on very same day that i will get my article on 12th jan 2019. i did not get this. Than after i called customer care of flipkart. They gave me Tat till 14h jan 2019. unfortunately i cant see any movement for the same. Now this is the height o[censored]nprofessional-ism. what do i do please suggest.

                  I had placed order with flipkart of RS 1729 on 03/Jan/2019.my order had not confirmed but payment was deducted. Immediately I called to CUSTOMER CARE of flipkart nd they said that your payment is stuck into gateway.nd replied you have to wait for 8days.but till I haven't receive my amount from flipkart.nd then I call back to again flipkart after 8 daya, they had you have to call phonepe but phonepe CUSTOMER CARE said to me that form our end we successfully transferred your amount to seller but flipkart denying to this.finally I said that don't trust on flipkart wallet payment or any other online mode of payment.they are such a fraud people as like scam callers bloody lier nd frauds.dont trust on flipkart nd phonpe.Amazone is good option to online payment nd shopping.i curse from my heart that Jesus spoil each nd every one who suck my money nd their company go to hell such a bloody bloody nd bloody lier, fraudent nd holy ### scammers.

                    Flipkart started a offer to collect coins so that one can become a plus member, so i started collecting coins and after collecting almost 75 coins flipkart blocked my account as i returned a shoes which was over sized please help.                       Hi this pradeep from bangalore i have purchased a one power bank from flipkart through website on 15dec2018. and recived it after three days
                      after that the product was noit working only it is in vary bad condition and i given cancellation request but no reprasentative has come to collect the product and one fellow called me and asked me to handover the product to his office so he cannot come to my adress. and after few days they told that the replacement time is over they cannot take it back... this is one kind of cheating the customer flipokart is the worst service is giving to customer and cheating the public please refund my money and try to cancel the flipkart lisence as well...

                          I am totally frustrated and have the worst experience with Flipkart ever.
                          I attested photograph regarding to my order here.
                          I have facing unimaginable battery drain issue from last 10 days since I bought Asus phone. And flipkart people awarded me with back to back troubleshooting and back to back technical visit. And not going to accept that piece is defected.
                          Stop making fool your customers. I feel pity about the criteria they followed for battery issue. How can you decide on the basis of only 10 minutes video that battery is good or not! And video shooting too in aeroplane mode..tell me, you shoot normally video right after pressing aeroplane mode every single time?
                          And another test they performed by typing .12345+= in calculator..Let me tell you..this test is not for battery life, it is for whether battery is there or not. It is all about battery's existence.
                          I want replacement and not the money back even after facing huge problem from your side..but if you still don't want to help me out then I should strictly lodge complaint for this behaviour of flipkart. Shame.

                            I have bought honor 7s phone from online portal flipkart and seller showing as IndiFlashMart on 13th Jan 2019 and after unbox i tried with camera it not at all working flickering image coming video camera as well as camera in front side camera, i raised request for return request, they keep on reject the request saying issue resolved but the technician (jeves)came he is irresponsible and told me that this is defective product and will request for replacement after he left immediately that request got rejected saying issue resolved like that, but again i have raised the return request, this is horrible for me purchased mobile from flip kart and not getting proper response, two time my return request rejected they have sold me defective product, it should be replaced or refund but still they didn't give any proper response i have sent error screenshots also.

                            I have paid 5999/- for that phone.

                            Please respond the solution for me.

                                I've been facing an issue regarding refund of 12599 amount from 07 of jan and from that date till today everyday i am talking to your executive and bank executive u people are just saying it's been credited from seller side but it's not the case actually. And also the bank have no information with the transaction u people provided. I am continuously talking to u people from last 7 days and trying to get resolved my problem but u people are not at all taking it seriously and just providing the next due date thats it, in my opinion flipkart service was not that bad but this time i am literally fed up o[censored]r service

                                  I have ordered an mi basic wired headset... With tracking id fmpc[protected] from flipkart.com and the product was about to get the delivery by january 12th. Till now the product is not delivered and haven't received any messages or call from delivery people. This is the second time am facing the same problem. Before i have ordered the same product on december 2018 mid week and the expected delivery was on 27 december. Morning i received a call from the delivery people regarding my product will get delivered by evening and once i call in the evening he doesn't attend the call and next day morning also i tried to call him, but no response. Then next day i received a message that my product was cancelled.
                                  This is the second time i am having the same problem with the same product. This all incidents makes to lost our trust with flipkart.
                                  Really fed up.
                                  Kindly do necessary arrangements or else i will move on to higher authority, let me know whether there is consumer rights

                                    I have ordered unltimate nutrition pro star whey protein from flipkart.com got delivered on time but the product seems to be not genuine. Reasons i found to get the product fake are:

                                    1) product printing is totally different from the products shown & also which i have used earlier.
                                    2) didn't find 5 dots on the back side of the cap of the product
                                    3) no ultimate nutrition logo or symbol on the air tight seal cover.

                                    Details of the order are:

                                    Customer support resolved this issue by refunding my money but is this the result of trusting flipkart and getting fake product. Totally disappointed. I want compensation for the inconvenience i have been through.

                                    As per the customer support executive return & refund was initiated. Today delivery boy came & denied to pick up the order saying it will be done tomorrow but instead of that i got a cancellation of return request in the evening.
                                    This is the way Flipkart is treating with their customers & giving assurance of better service.
                                    Again a disappointment.

                                    We have interacted with the cx and cx confirmed he has received the refund.
                                    CX was not happy with the seller sending Fake product. Informed it will be verified and appropriate action will be taken. Closing the case.

                                      Hi,

                                      I had ordered the style homez order#od[protected] from flipkart which was supposed to be delivered by sunday 28th october 2018, but not delivered in time.
                                      I am actually not satisfied with the service and delivery by flipkart. I had called them more than 10 times, but there was no proper response regarding the delivery of the product. The item was delivered so late, when i was about to cancel the order.
                                      I am receiving the pay later reminders and statements, but i have already informed your customer care people that i am not going to pay the amount as i am dissatisfied with your delivery service and fake promises. Also i had asked them to take back the order, but still flipkart pay later executives are threatening me to send legal notice. Now i have already uninstalled flipkart app and decided not to make any further shopping on flipkart.

                                      Got a handset of Asus in the month of April, now it has been around 1 week creating troubles. It gets heated up even the handset is on rest. Plus it hangs a lot. Formatted but did not get recovery maybe battery is not a good one. No service center near by too... Please help me out

                                        Hello flipkart my email id: [protected]@gmail.com my account is blocked and i have to pay emi of 12153/- this month i don't know who you are to decide the quantity i had money i will buy as my wish whom you are to judge don't act as monopoly in future paytm will do better than you.
                                        Know coming to my matter i had to pay the monthly emi know without proper knowledge their blocked my account i won't pay penalty because it's your fault to block my account without proper notice.

                                        You senior executives don't have knowledge about it so unblock my account and verify properly if i violent any policy i'm sorry for that.

                                        Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
