I am a regular Flipkart customer and have been using my account for a long time. Recently, I have been facing a serious issue while making purchases on Flipkart.
Whenever I try to make an online payment using UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking, the transaction fails with the message “Transaction failed due to risk checks.” This problem occurs for every product on the platform. However, Cash on Delivery (COD) is working without any issue.
I have sufficient balance in my bank account, and my payment methods work successfully on other websites and applications. The issue appears to be specific to my Flipkart account. I have not been informed of any reason for this restriction, nor have I been given any option to verify my account or resolve the issue.
Due to this problem, I am unable to place prepaid orders or avail offers and discounts that are available only on online payments. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.
I request Flipkart to investigate this issue, explain the reason for the repeated “Transaction failed due to risk checks” error, and remove any restriction on my account so that I can make online payments normally. Was this information helpful? |
