[Resolved] Flipkart — Unable to update email | |||
I am unable to update my email address as it says that 'identifier already in use' but when I tried to use that email ID to login just to check if in case that is already used then I get a message like "you are not registered with us". if my email ID is not used then I should be able to update my email ID. currently I see a different email ID when I login to my profile and customer care sees altogether different email ID but both are wrong. and I am unable to update my correct email ID. as of now all my invoices and details must be going to someone else which is a privacy and security breach and also a bug at flipkart end.
