Flipkart — Unjust Blocking of 5+ Year Loyal Flipkart Customer & Family Accounts Unfair Trade Practice

I am a loyal Flipkart customer of 5+ years. My Flipkart account and my family members’ accounts have been blocked citing “high number of returns.”

All returns were genuine and approved by Flipkart customer support with proper verification. Blocking accounts under such circumstances is arbitrary, unfair, and amounts to denial of service and harassment.

Despite multiple reminders and a final escalation email to the Grievance Officer and Customer Care, there has been no resolution. This shows unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

I request immediate unblocking of all affected accounts and compensation for the inconvenience and mental harassment caused.
