I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my pending refund for the cancelled order.

I have contacted PNB Bank, and they have clearly informed me that no refund has been received or processed from Flipkart’s end for this transaction. The bank has advised me to get in touch directly with Flipkart to resolve the issue.

It has been over 10 days since the cancellation, yet I have not received the refund amount of ₹11, 839, even though your app shows the refund as “Completed.” This is misleading and unacceptable, especially since the promised refund completion date was October 8, 2025.

Additionally, I am unable to reach your customer support team, which is causing further inconvenience and frustration.

Please treat this matter as urgent and investigate the issue immediately. Kindly confirm the actual refund status, share the ARN or transaction details, and ensure the refund is processed without any further delay.
