Dear Flipkart Customer Support Team,
I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding a highly disturbing incident that occurred today involving one of your delivery personnel.
At the time of delivery, the individual behaved in an extremely inappropriate and unprofessional manner. He stared at me in a very disturbing and vulgar way, and while handing over the parcel, he was repeatedly scratching his private area in an indecent manner. His behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable, unsafe, and disrespected.
This is absolutely unacceptable. As a customer and a woman, I have the right to feel safe when interacting with your staff. I am still shaken by the incident and fear what could have happened had the situation escalated further. It is deeply troubling that such individuals are being entrusted with doorstep deliveries, especially at residential addresses.
Therefore, I strongly urge Flipkart to take immediate and strict action against the concerned delivery person. I also request the following:
1. That this specific delivery person is never assigned to deliver at my address again.
2. No deliveries should be made to my address after 7:00 PM, even if it causes a delay in delivery.
3. Proper background checks and training must be ensured for your delivery personnel, especially when they are assigned to sensitive or residential areas.
If no strict action is taken on this matter, I will be compelled to take legal action against the company. I truly hope it does not come to that, but I must prioritize my safety and dignity.
