Flipkart — Urgent refund for incorrect product delivery and delayed pickup .Mental health nursing textbook not picked up yet

I am a flipkart plus customer who have been using flipkart for years Last July 23 I ordered a text book of Mental Health Nursing from Flipkart.But for me 29th July was the product was received but I ordered edition four but what I got is edition number five So I gave the replacement option as the return option was not available then Then I received the replacement product on August 3rd But at the time of receiving the product, I had informed the delivery boy that it was not the product I had ordered but the product had changed.Then he said there was nothing he could do and asked me to return the site So I went to the site on the 3rd of August and selected the return and refund option Within a short time I got a message saying that the refund was accepted and the pickup would be on August 8th and the refund would be received on August 9th.But they didn't pick up on 8th August so I contacted Flipkart but every time I contacted them they kept pushing each and every date.I am now registering the complaint on 12th August and they have not picked up yet Now when I contact them they say they will pick up by 15th August When I ask them that if they don't pick up within that time then the return will be canceled and they don't give me an exact reason.So far its been 20 days for this product I have lost no bow for what time now . So I want my refund Because I have been cheated twice by flipkart and then they have stuck me for so many days saying they will pick up so I want my compensation. Or my refund amount
