[Resolved]  Flipkart — urgent requirement of fresh bill for sale of infinix note 5

There is very absurd behavior of delivery boy who delivered mobile i. E. Infinix note 5 and sudden and rude denial to exchange my previous mobile for this phone ordered from flipkart, this is an act of person working against the customer policy of your company and this leads to detrimental to growth of your company.

There was an order placed as : "order placed: your order for infinix note 5 (Ice bl... With order id od[protected] amounting to rs.9199 has been received. You can expect delivery by wednesday, oct 17, 2018. We will send you an update when your order is packed/shipped. On delivery of product, delivery boy denied to take previous mobile as exchange of product and demanded high amount from the process mentioned in bill, which shows your company's policy towards customer is just a joke, and there is no sense of accountability and it is an act of fraudulent means. Please take required action against the person who delivered product as he defrauded us on behalf of your company.

But on priority and urgent basis, send me fresh or revised bill for infinix note 5 of amount rs.11, 500/- as the previous bill u sent was illogical to us of only rs.9, 199/- along with exchange of old mobile phone of rs. 2, 400/- which was not done, hence there is a fraud of rs.2, 400/- by delivery boy delivered product from your company.

Also the delivery boy is not having payment machine to take payment via credit cards or debit cards which degrades the company policy and loses trust of customers for permanent basis.
Please take note of this issue very seriously...

If the fresh bill is not issued within 24 hours, then there will be strict action be taken against flipkart company for the case of fraudulent means of delivery of products and charging high prices from the amount mentioned in bill
