    My friend gifted me egv. Before using it flipkart deactivated the egvs. When i first contacted flipkart customer executive, i was told that issue will be resolved within 3 working days. The same assurance was given to me for 3-4 times. But 3 months ago, they said me that the egvs have been deactivated from my friends side. But when i talked to my friend he told me that he has not deactivated any egv. Then again i contacted to flipkart executive. But they didnt provided me ny solution. They are just trying to make me fool from last 3 month. I am tired of doing complaints with flipkart customer executive. Now i want the solution of my problem through consumer court.

    Flipkart does not refund my money. And both of my accounts were blocked.
    Showing login unsccusssfull.

    I many times complaint this site and not any response from flipkart. They have stuck with me.
    If i do not get any reply then i will meet you in court with my lawyer. You'll be ready to be 420 fraud case. Have kept me crazy for 3 months if i do not receive my money in 5 days, i will go to court.

      As per flipkart policy, all delivery steps are flipkart's responsibility. I was supposed to recieve my my phone today. I called courier guy but he did not answer my call. I asked for call back and did not get any solution. Arihant kumar senior supervisor did not even lets me speak with manager on floor and said that is the only senior person available on floor right now. This is the worst customer service experience i had in my entire life. Neither i got my product not i got any solution. I ordered this phones as i wanted to gift to someone's whose birthday is today. If i wanted my product to be dilevered after few days, i would have waited for sale. This is really pathetic and i am really disappointed with flipkart and their customer service.

      Once i will get my product, i will deactivate my flipkart account. This is really unacceptable.

        Through my bank account... Money was stolen by shopping thorugh online ecommerce website.
        I was unaware that money has been stolen. Then i went to bank and took up the statement and was shocked to see that money was stolen. Thousand of money were stolen. I have also attached the bank statement for the same. The time and the transaction id through which it was done
        Do help me to get my money back.

          In noida, i had the pathetic experience of flipkart services. On many occasions the flipkart delivery executives will call you twice/thrice to ask you for address & by the end of the day will update that customer was unable to be contacted. They would neither carry their card swiping machines nor change if you want to pay in cash. If requested for any particular time slot, they say their day starts at only after 11am, by 5pm they say they have returned home for the day and will deliver the next day.

          I also had the experience when they have called to come to receive in the main road which is over 200m away from my home address. If a customer has to spare so much time and invest in repeatedly following up, why to buy it online? Reality is flipkart outsources the logistics service by 3rd party vendors who do not give a damn to what customer service they are giving. Their aim is to deliver flipkart’s orders in their own convenient time slots rather than the customers. And to this the flipkart’s customer executives do not have any contacts to their delivery executives to inform the customers requests.

          With so much of my time wasted on every orders that i had, i would think twice before ordering from this online shopping platform. I wouldn’t recommend it. It would be time saving to visit a market and shop there. Thanks.

                  There was a deduction of rs. 21401 on 27 september 2018.
                  My bank account statement shows that the deduction was done for a payment to flipkart via net banking. However it was not me who carried out the transaction. I have reported this matter to the bank but the bank has refused any action saying this transaction is legit.

                  Can you please help provide the details of who put the purchase order.

                    I ordered a mobile phone on 24th september 2018 from flipkart in exchange of my old phone. On 26th september 2018, their delivery person didn't take my old phone saying it has a scratch. He didn't even deliver the product too.                         This is kishore, i have ordered onida 6.5 kg washing machine initial cod, next day i have paid using upi (Paytm).

                        When product was come to home, they are asking cod. But i have paid already using upi (Paytm). I called flipkart customer care, they are not responding properly and telling that take product, pay and raise a request again that cancel the same product.

                        Here, i have paid already using upi,

                        If i pay cash once product delivered and return the same.. I will get one payment (Cash), what about other payment (Upi)..

                        This kind of dirty answers giving to me...

                            This is with regards to the above order, i never seen this type of pathetic service ever in my online purchasing history (7-8 years).

                            I have waited desperately for last 20 days to book moto one power mobile, i logged in to flipkart at exactly 11 pm to check. Once the sale is started i immediately booked the mobile.

                            The mobile payment is approved, processed by the seller and shipped. Its almost reached my location and now it is canceled without any intimation to the customer.

                            Is this is how you value your customer?, i have desperately waited to book this mobile from last 20 days without having a smartphone with me.

                              I bought iPhone 6s plus 32 GB and received defective phone (display has dark/light spots). I requested for replacement and ### technician said the display is alright.

                              I went to AUTHORIZED APPLE SERVICE CENTER. and asked to see the display. They instantly observed that the display is faulty. I have authorized written report from them stating the phone is defective.

                              I need replacement ASAP, I'm going to drag you scammers in Consumer court if you don't respond to my issue.

                              I'll put everywhere about your scams!!

                                I wish to complain about mobile phone nokia 6.1 that i received on 01/10/2018 from your online flipkart service.

                                On the very same day i have discovered that the phone has the following problems:
                                1) whenever i make or receive a call.. After sometime the person on the other side cannot hear me at all. This happens in almost all the calls.

                                2) sometimes the person on the other side cannot hear the voice clearly a lot for disturbance is there.

                                3) on sending whatsapp voice message.. Again there is voice clarity issue.

                                4) on charging the phone gets over heated.

                                I am complaining because i am not satisfied with this model at all for the above-mentioned reasons.

                                When i first learned of this problem, i registered a complaint at your company, and was told that...
                                And after that i have several complaints for the same... Every time it's the same i receive a call and they say we will see to it what can be done but they actually don't give proper solution to my problem.
                                I believe that this response is unfair because this particular piece
                                Is giving me a lot of problem and in today's time phone holds a lot of importance. I want to change the brand itself because i am not satisfied with nokia phone or please refund my money back. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.

                                I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If i do not hear from you within 4 days i will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. You can contact me on this number [protected]/[protected]
                                The [consumer rights act / sale of goods act 1979] makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

                                As you are in breach of contract i am entitled to have the phone [repaired/replaced or refunded] and i would request that you confirm that you will do this within the next 14 days.

                                I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for my phone to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.

                                      Date of delivery boy at my door : 6 oct 2018 order id : od[protected] i ordered moto one mobile for cash on delivery. Then there was option to pay online for the product. I did the payment using my credit card and payment was done succesfully. It was flipkart who agreed also that payment was received and approved by them successfully. But it was there logistics error that it was not updated to delivery boy. And delivery boy is at my gate asking for money in cash.
                                      Why should i pay money in cash again even if money was already deducted from my card. I confirmed the same from my credit card department and they gave me successful merchant approval no. For same.
                                      Delivery boy was ok with the mail from flipkart that payment was received but they are not ready to send mail to him. Instead asking me to reject the order.
