Sir/madam,
I placed a order in flipkart. As per order details, i ordered on 10 sep, 2018 through credit card emi payment. I received order on 20 sep, 2018. After opened the order, i found that wrong item is in the box. I ordered the oppo f5 black mobile phone but gionee s6 pro mobile in the box. I requested to the flipkart for return but the flipkart seller has cancelled the request (Two times requested). I have requested to customare care executive, flipkart to resolve my issues but they disconnect the call.
So, i request you to kindly look into the matter & take immediate action on flipkart & give them to instructions to provide refund amount of my order and compensation of doing this shameful things.
