Sir my concern is i have order a phone name is samsung galexy j8 64 gb and price is 17990 rupee and my payment method is 15000 through evg gift voucher and remain payment 2990 rupees through credit card when my payment is done but order is not showing in my flipkart account but i have a insident number in[protected] and my payment date is 10/09/2018 when i compland regard this order flipkart so flipkart refund my credit card money in my card but not refund my gift voucher money 15000 they says last 18 days we are woking on it i have contact with many times and complaints for this they give only dates but they don't work on it please help to resolve my issue please.

    Hi, it’s Ashish. I have ordered a watch 10days ago. The estimation delivery date was 21 September, 2018 but still it failed to deliver the product.
    I don’t like the service of flipkart, disappointed with it. I have ordered a piano but got delivered on time. This is not 1st time am facing problem with flipkart’s seevice, I faced several times. I would like to gift to my family, as am in USA.

      I have faced really unfair behavior from one of your deliver boys.His mobile number [protected].He has cancelled my order without my permission and with his own interest.The proof is attached below. Its the first time I am facing such behavior from Flipkart. I am feeling really bad.

        I ordered tresemme smooth and shine conditioner. The product is not delivered in time. I called that delivery boy. They never pick up my calls. Still i never get my product in my hand. They never give proper response to my call. Just take action on them. Out for delivery: tresemme smooth shine... I got this message. With tracking id fmpp[protected] from flipkart.com, will be delivered today by an ekart service partner (That person number). Still they never deliver my product in my hand. I called them many time. They never give response to my call. Immediately take action on them.

          I had bought a fastrack watch worth rupees 1169. Product was faulty so i returned it on 17th september.12 days have passed since then but i have not received refund of my watch. Everytime i contact customer care center... I am told that your refund has been processed and you will receive it within 2, 3 days. I have contacted customer care al least 10 times but their reply remains same. After every 2 -3 days i get a message from flipkart that kindly update your account as refund was unsuccessful due to information provided by you regarding account detail. I update my account and then again after 2-3 days i get the same message. Till now i have got 5 messages to update my account even though i had updated my account on 16th september itself and have updated every time i get a message regarding account update. I warn you guys... If i don't get my refund i will drag flipkart to consumer court.

          Customer raised a complaint regarding the refund of the order. We have interacted with the customer and confirmed that the refund amount has been initiated from the seller's end .Hence, mail sent to the customer . Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

            I order mi basic earphone and first of all the product is delayed i successfully complete the order but the seller was not dispatch since two days and after the seller dispatch the product and the delivery is to late i pick up my product through the curior boy. I was open the product and plug in my mi device only one earplugs is working other is not working so i refund my product to flipkart. I just want refund my payment because the product is diffective.

            The customer support contact me and provide refund to 9th October. The refund is initiated but not reflect in my debit card currently but the customer support says it will take time and before 9th October refund is reflect in my debit card.

              My order no. Is od[protected]. The item is :
              Oleanna ca-19 croma telephonic wall mixer with crutch and hand shower set included (Disc fitting | quarter turn | form flow) mixer faucet

              When i open the item, i see that item is lower quality.in picture it shows "hand shower set included (Disc fitting, quarter turn, from flow)" they send me only one hand set which have nothing disc fitting, also hand shower set is too much light weight.. Picture and sended item is too much differ. There is no company name in moving key (For on / off). Pl change the item from selller.

                I had purchased a washing machine from flipkart (Ifb make 6.5kg). This ordered on 12 aug delivered a defective product on 18 aug replacement requested which took for processing nearly 25 days and again product with same deffect delivered on 24sep. Now this time i had raised return request and wanted my refund but they are again taking nearly one month time for processing. Nearly four call from flipkart received daily with no solution.

                    I bought rs. 5000 fliokart gv through zingoy app. Using that gv, placed flipkart ordered. Order got cancelled and gv has been blocked. When i contacted to flipkart for that issue, they told me to contact orignal gv seller. I told them that gv bought from zingoy. Then they told me to contact zingou... So please now help me

                    When i contaced to zingoy, they raise ur hand and refuse to help in this issue... I lost my money.

                    Very dispointed with flipkart and zingoy both...

                        I purchased adidas net nuts indoor badminton shoes from fk on 18th august.
                        However just after a month the sole of the left shoes has come undone.
                        I enquired about the warranty on the product but flipkart says that 30 days are over and no other warranty is applicable. I contacted adidas and they say that they provide 3 months warranty on all their shoes sold through authorized e-com sellers. I got a list of authorized resellers from adidas and found that i have purchased from an authorized seller but flipkart denies warranty on the shoe.

                            I placed a order in flipkart. As per order details, i ordered on 10 sep, 2018 through credit card emi payment. I received order on 20 sep, 2018. After opened the order, i found that wrong item is in the box. I ordered the oppo f5 black mobile phone but gionee s6 pro mobile in the box. I requested to the flipkart for return but the flipkart seller has cancelled the request (Two times requested). I have requested to customare care executive, flipkart to resolve my issues but they disconnect the call.

                            So, i request you to kindly look into the matter & take immediate action on flipkart & give them to instructions to provide refund amount of my order and compensation of doing this shameful things.

                                    Another poor service of flipkart.
                                    Vide order i'd od[protected] a book "quantitative aptitude" by dr. R. S. Agarwal was bought.
                                    The book received is a fake one resembling the duplicate. The original book was xeroxed and sent. The book size is small. Paper quality is poor. I have photo of original and duplicate book supplied by flipkart.
                                    I wish for refund but website offers replacement. If the replacement is also a such a fake book i will write in social media sites putting the photo of both the original and fake supply from flipkart. I write it in advance as i fear that flipkart service is not upto mark.

                                      I have ordered for a product with order id od[protected]. Payment was done through credit card. Transaction was successful and the amount was deducted but finally it returned back to the payment page again without any payment or order confirmation.
                                      Upon contacting the customer care, they were like i need to wait for 8 hours and then i will definitely get order confirmation message or mail. 1 person was not able to track the details of the order and the other tracked the details somehow and was saying seller needs to confirm the order.
                                      After taking the money, its not the right way to say seller needs to confirm the product and then order confirmation mail or msg will be sent. As the product was still in stock and its the duty/responsibility of flipkart to get the product delivered somehow after taking money from the customer. After 8 hours, no mails/msg came and again customer care person was like need to transfer the issue to concerned dept.
                                      Asking for the manager he asked for 48 hours for resolution.
                                      And top of all, an executive mr. Santhyam was very rude on call and did not even respond properly and he put the call on mute and the disconnected the call. Worst support ever from a customer care executive and i being a flipkart plus member really feeling very bad with this kinda so called 'priority support'.
