The order was originally scheduled for delivery on 28th September, then extended to 1st October. However, according to the tracking page, it has been stuck at Thane since 25th September. It is unreasonable that it should take more than five days for a package to move from Thane to Dadar.
What is even more disappointing is that your customer care team has been unable to provide a clear explanation or resolution, repeatedly stating only that the delivery is due on 1st October 2025, despite no visible progress in tracking. This lack of transparency and accountability is highly unacceptable.
I need an immediate update on the actual status of this shipment and a clear, defined timeline for delivery. If the order cannot be delivered, I expect to be informed without further delay so that alternative arrangements can be made.
