Flipkart — Voltas Ac Servicing Denied

We had purchased the Voltas Ac order id:-OD[protected] in June 2020.
Ac is not working from 02-July-2021 month to Till Date.
We have purchased an extended warranty for 2years.
In invoice mentioned 5year compressor warranty.why voltas is denied for
service.
I had registered the complaint at Voltas Ac Service center 08
-July-2021, But Voltas service center denied for services.Complaint No
details are given Below.

Voltas Support Care team said currently your product is not under
warranty .coordinator with the flipkart team.
The Flipkart Team said to call one touch center.When we called one touch
call center they told me to call Voltas services center.
So I called the Flipkart Support Team. They have registered the Complaint
Request for payment refund. But we have not received any Payment.
Please refund the payment Tomorrow end of day same bank accounts.
We Don't Need Voltas Ac Brand .
After 25 days we have not received the Payment refund amount My accounts.
Why flipkart team not process the payment, why 25 days we are waiting for
