I have ordered a mobile in flipkart on 28-jul-2021 on exchange offer. On 30 July, my order got delivered. Due to issue with my phone he refused to give new mobile. So I told him that I will my rest of the amount. He denied to give the new phone. Instead he asked to give my old mobile and the rest of the amount to give the new mobile. So, I refused to give the old mobile by saying his senior person is going to delivery on 31 July. I explain the same thing to the customer support and have made more than 20+ calls. My main agenda was to not cancel the order and will pay the rest of the amount. Customer support team neither given the executive number nor stopped the mobile delivery being cancelled. They mentioned by 4th of Aug, the mobile will be ordered. But today morning I received the mobile delivery is cancelled. When I try to speak with customer support team, they are asking me to replace the order where the mobile price was hiked to 10% more when I have ordered the mobile. They don’t want to give me the offer price now. Since I have took EMI on that I need to pay the additional amount to close my EMI. I am expecting that atleast I get the new mobile delivered with price what I have ordered for.
