Today I received a samsung charger whose seal is broken as if the seller has used it before selling it to flipkart customer.

I contacted the flipkart customer service and they said we can do nothing you yourself contact the seller. That is really not expected of an Amazon rival. I said can't you contact the seller because he is not going to concede to me but they said we can't do anything.

          I'm unable to change my default Mobile number in my Flipkart account because my previous number is inaccessible now. Whenever I try to replace my new mobile number. OTPs are sent in both mobile numbers but since I don't have access to old number I can't update. True several times, its frustrating. I request to change my mobile number in my Flipkart account as soon as possible.

            Hello Team,

            I ordered product Magnum Trolley bag 77 cm and received different product on 7th September. I get in touch with the executive and raised return and refund request and they gave me 72 hrs deadline which already completed on 9th September. After that i again reached out to them asking for an update on my request they said that we're looking for your problem we require more 24 hrs but today its 5th day but no response received from there end and when i contacted flipkart team they said that pls wait our team will get in touch with you.

            Am fed up, there is no one who can assist me on this. I paid whole payment and recived different product. Cant understand are they really dumb or they tried to make fool to people. I sent an email with all the proof attached to that email still didn't receive any response.

            Kindly look into this Urgent issue.

              Respected Sir/Madam,

              I have ordered Realme C11 2021(Cool Grey, 32 GB), order ID: OD[protected] from Flipkart for my son study purpose. It got delivered on 18th August 2021, my son have used it for few days and found an issue regarding the Gurukul application (It is my son's school app to listen to online classes and to write exams) and along with paytm, phonepe etc. were not responding respectively. For this issue I have requested a replacement, the replacement was done successfully and got Realme C11 2021 as a replacement on 2nd September 2021. After replacement, in that mobile too found the same issue regarding my above applications. Hence I have requested a return, those details are given below.
              They are:
              1. Return requested (6th September 2021)-- Technician visit (8th September 2021) -- Return rejected.

              2. Return requested (8th September 2021) -- Return rejected.

              3. Return requested (8th September 2021) -- Technician visit (10th September 2021) -- Return rejected.

              As these many times the technician visit took place, three times return request got rejected. The technician found the same issue which I had identified. The technician forwarded the same issue to Flipkart, however the Flipkart rejected my return request without mentioning a proper reason. There is no proper communication between technician and Flipkart. Flipkart customer care had contacted me many times a day and failed to rectify my problem, and also contacting me number of times a day created a lot of trouble and disturbance to me. As of now I have tried my best to return the mobile, since it got rejected frequently and by 9th September the return validity of the mobile got expired.

              This phone is useless for me now. Hence, I want to return the mobile and want my money refund. I hope you will solve my issue as early as possible.

              We got a call from Flipkart. They said return is rejected because the technician forwarded that there is no issue in the mobile to Flipkart, but at the time of technician visit, technician said us that there is a issue in the mobile. Hence miscommunication taken place between Flipkart and the technician. So we have questioned them that, now how can we return the mobile? They said that you need to go to a service centre and should bring a date on arrival certificate to return the mobile, but due to this Covid-19 peripatetic is not good. So, I just want this date on arrival certificate through online and want return policy for the mobile.

              I want a return policy for this mobile. So, I hope you will resolve my issue as early as possible.

                I placed an order for "Kellogg PRINGLES SOUR & ONION/ Nachos (107 g)" on 25th Aug 2021. I was charged Rs. 154 for which the actual MRP is 99.

                Upon contacting customer care regarding the issue, they asked me the details 4-5 times over call and later marked the issue resolved without doing anything. The customer care is so pathetic. They put me on 10-15 mins on hold for every call.

                Isn't it illegal to sell items more than MRP????

                  I have flipkart account with phone number - [protected] with linked email id - [protected]@gmail.com.. I've flipkart pay later credit with 7000/- I've used it and i repay every month with up to date clear and in my flipkart account its showing that all my dues are clear but when i applied to my education loan I've got report frm my bank that i have due of 498/- from flipkart pay later but when i open my account it showing that there is no due.. I want no due frm flipkart and to erase my due or show me the amount that i have to paid so then i pay it and clear my problem or submit no due clearance to my email id mentioned above. Ive also call the flipkart customer care but no resolve in my issue. I want to resolve as soon as possible because of this my education loan is on hold so please consider my issue

                    Then i used forgot button and then received code.

                    Entered the code successfully.
                    After that it was asking please set a new password.

                    Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

                    That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                        Actually i ordered a amd ryzen 3 3200g with Radeon vega 8 graphics desktop processor on 27 aug 2021 and got recived a different brand product i.e(intel core 2 duo used processor) with very cheap packaging from Flipkart worth Rs11559/-. I talked with customer care and they initiated the refund issue and rejected issue after some days, please flipkart its my humble request to return ur product and refund my money that is 11559/-Rs

                        If any body is facing any issues, try contacting flipkart through customer care no-[protected], and then 1st process is to ask da junior service to connect u with their senior service team, then elaborate ur issues totally and ask for resolution, they instantly approve ur return request and u will get a return/refund.

                        U can check ur order section for status of return approval/refund.

                            cctv camera set not delivered. The due date was on 10/09/2021 and not yet delivered. I have already arranged a technician for installation on today the 11/09/21 since the product was not delivered i had pay his call out fees for nothing.
                            In the notification page its now showing pin code miss matching. But this is completely wrong. I have entered the pin code correctly and checked the availability.
                            I have already ordered fridge from flipkart few months ago and it was delivered correctly.

                              I have been purchasing items from Flipkart from 2013 onwards and have started facing some strange issue recently. I was able to purchase and receive items without any issues earlier even though Flipkart was not much established that time and now a days they are saying item not deliverable while checking with the same pincodes which I used to purchase earlier. Strange thing is it is showing item couldn't be delivered or "out of stock for this area" for the pincode for the main city where flipkart and ekart has got their own hub for decades. It is very strange while Flipkart is showing like this while allother online sellers do their delivery without any issues in all these areas. Customers are expected get more delivery coverage areas while the company getting grown but reverse is happening here. I had tested with the pincode of the Flipkart corporate office in Bangalore (560103) and very disappointing thing it is showing the same "Not deliverable/out of stock for this area" message for their corporate office PIN Code itself.

                              Then what is the meaning of the items showing in stock in the website??? Last many times I had to purchase many items from Amazon and other sites due to the same reason. Items showing out of stock message we can understand, but items showing in stock and showing not deliverable once all the PIN Codes are entered is not at all acceptable.

                                  I have a Nokia 2.2 which I want to exchange. When I try to verify it on Flipkart, it cannot verify because it says "IMEI Number does not match with Nokia 2.2". I tried to verify it externally, and it recognized my phone. Please fix this as soon as possible.

                                    I ordered monster truck remote on 10th August for amount 1169rs . order id OD[protected] by my Sbi bank .its prepaid order after that on 15th Aug i received parcel by tracking id FMPP[protected]. I asked delivery boy about package looking small he told Flipkart never do fraud. U take video o[censored]nboxing they will help you if you received wrong or different product than i taken the parcel trust on Flipkart.Then i made unboxing video. Then i contact them.they told they will help me but not helped.replacement return everything rejected after sometime my account is blocked by shopsy sub brand of Flipkart. Both sides my account blocked.they didn't respond on my issue.please help me in resolving my problem.many times i called them but they promised to solve but not solving my issue.even i added unboxing video in their twitter account Flipkart support. No use please help me to get refund or replacement .

                                      Hi, I registered flipkart account with my old mobile number which I no longer use. This number was later allocated to some other person by telecom company. I managed to reach this person and I tried to get the OTP from them, I put my OTP from the destination number and once I put my password and confirm, it says identifier already in use. This person can simply login to my account and see all my purchase history and wishlist.

                                        Due to the proprietary/confidential nature of our business, we do not provide information on how we did the investigation and found you linked to other seller accounts. We have a strong Fraud Investigation Department which has clearly established your linkage to other suspended / blocked seller accounts on the platform, hence your account will not be reactivated.

                                        We have all of the documents and even our registered brand trademark with us for verification.
                                        As we have not done any fraudulent activity and not been involved in any linking of seller fraud accounts, we have a right to know the following:-
                                        1) What does linking of account to another suspended seller account mean?
                                        2) We would like to know which account we have been linked with?
                                        3) Details of violation of the terms that are done from our side?
                                        4) We would like to know the exact reason for the suspension. Directly deactivating an account is not a solution and affects our business very badly.

                                        Requesting you to please check the above case as we are genuine seller/ brand owners and have not done any fraud.
                                        We have been trying to contact the flipkart team in every possible manner to resolve the case for almost 10 days.
                                        If we do not get satisfactory answers, we will only be left with filing RTI CASE.

                                        Am a seller on Flipkart and my account has been blocked due to some suspicious fraud something and we haven't done so kindly assist us or open our account.
                                        my account is made to hold describing account was involved in fradulant activities, Where we are not involved in any single activities as we are geniune seller and we have all legal documents of our firm still we didnt understood that what does flipkart fradulant word means??
