Flipkart — Vu Defective smart tv received

Vu Android tv worth Rs. 22999 have been ordered via order Id OD[protected] on 20.12.2021 and delivered by 26.12.2021. But the product found defective as audio of speaker some time comes and also hdmi 1 not working. After some day I faced new issue like remote not working sometimes and it's battery drain in just 2 days. I have changed around 4 times Duracell battery.
Return requested on 06.01.2022 but no progress shown by Flipkart team. Every time customer care said there is technical issue in seller side so please give us some time. There is too much delay in replcement of product, each day they are extending the date and they failed to provide refund on given date 05.02.2022
They waste 1 month but still status pending. They promise and revised date 4 time but no technical visit arrange.
