Dear team,

My name is manoj panda purchased vu iconium 124cm ultra hd (4k) led smart tv on 5th oct-18 and installation engineer visited my place on 6th oct-18. I reported all issues found after installation to your engineer but it was unsolved. Below are the issue details.

1. Tv is not supporting 4k video
2. All apps (Amazone prime, hungama, hotstar etc) are not supporting, its crashing very frequently

I have raised return request almost 3 time within 5 days of delivery but everytime it's closed by seller stating reason provided is not correct. I had spoke with flipcart executive & supervisor for 4-5 times but no response. My details are given below.

Hi,

I have not received any update on the incident and misbehaviour to my wife by Vu engineer (Manjunath) during technician visit which was explained to Flipcart person taking Vu engineer (Manjunath) in conference call. I need immediate action from from flipcart as this issue caused due to purchasing product from Fliptcart where engineer coming for visit to family house and do not know how to behave. This happened by 2 engineer from Vu.

Note: Manjunath and another is engineer from Jeeves

Today is the 5th day is going to complete & no action taken from Flipcart even after updating all issues which I am facing due the product. Still waiting for someone from Flipcart look into this issue ASAP.
