[Resolved]  Flipkart — Vu tv display is hazy and not clear

I purchased vu tv from flipkart and i got it delivered on 16th may. Flipkart has a tie up with jeeves who looks into all kind of product issues when we buy from them. The tech came to install it on 17th may and when installing and doing my checks i found the screen to be hazy, not clear, lot of issues with the display. When i asked him why i'm getting this he told me that it is an issue with the dish connection. I have airtel dtv and thrice the tech came and verified the connection, changed the cable wires and adjusted everything. Inspite of that the display is still the same and there is no improvement. I raised a complaint with flipkart on this and they sent a tech whose name is manikanta achari to verify the things. He was able to recognize the issue and told me that the tv works fine on hd channels and not on sd channels and was advising me to use hd channels by paying around rs 500 as i have my connection with airtel. I don't understand why should i watch only hd channels and why shouldn't i watch normal channels. My point is if it is full hd tv are we not supposed to watch normal channels. Will i have to watch only hd channels. Won't the normal channels display clarity. Will i have to watch the normal channels in hazy and unclear condition? Have i spent 20k only to watch hd channels and unclear normal channels. I seriously do not understand one thing that if someone purchases a 4g phone does that mean they are not supposed to use 3g connection. I don't understand how come someone can suggest you to use hd channels instead of rectifying the issue. On top of it, he says there is no issue with the tv when he can clearly identify what the problem is. The tech was trying to convince me by saying it is a pixel issue. I don't understand on what basis it is a pixel issue when the screen itself is hazy. The tech asked me to play one of the hd video and see if i see the same issue and says it is not a panel issue. Even though i was not happy with his response, i immediately subscribed to one of the hd channels to see the issue occurs. It is still the same on hd channels. I called him up again and told him that i'm seeing the issue even after watching hd channels. He asked me to watsapp him a video of 1 min, which i did and tried to reach out to him. As usual, he did not even pick my call. I seriously don't understand on what basis he says it is not an issue. On top of it, he was trying to advise me not to buy vu tvs and says nothing can be done to this. He also told me not call flipkart or place a complaint with anyone until he updates his comments. I was not happy with him and immediately called flipkart and updated them. They said they can’t do anything now as they don’t see any update from him and scheduled another tech visit for 22nd.
We bought 3 tvs during the flipkart sale and all of them are working fine except this. It is still within the company's replacement policy and i seriously want my money back. I’m not happy at all with their response nor the tv.

Around 12 PM the tech - Manikanta called me and told me that he need all the screen prints of the codes on the TV and the bill copy to be sent to him. When asked he told me that he is letting them know that it is a picture issue. Around 6 PM I got a call from Jeeves and the tech has told them that I had normal set top box which I have changed to HD and the issue has been resolved. I seriously don't understand what is happening with Flipkart and Jeeves. First thing first the normal channels are not clear at all and are hazy and the same issue is prevailing on HD channels. I'm questioning again to both flipkart and Jeeves is this how you treat your customers. I seriously want my money back. It is very annoying and disgusting. I guess I have updated the wrong Order ID. The correct one is - OD[protected].
