[Resolved] Flipkart — Wallet amount added using gift card became zero after a week | |||||
Flipkart complaints reference numbers (for same complaint) In[protected] In[protected] In[protected] etc I had successfully loaded an amount of rs 12000 through multiple gift cards (24 nos) given From another person on 8th september 2016. i entered voucher id and pin manually And loaded cash into my flipkart account linked with phone number [protected], email :[protected]@gmail.com . now the balance is not showing in my account and i see it is Deducted somehow yesterday at 12.46pm. I tried refreshing and also activated phone wallet but still not showing in Account. The gift cards expiry date is way past in 2017. but all the gift cards were deactivated. One of the gift card number is [protected] These are my friends gift cards. He purchased them with the email: [protected]@gmail.com (the email with which order was placed, order placed on 8th sept 2016) The gift cards were sent to his email:[protected]@gmail.com, (the gift card recipient email) With his due permission, i had added successfully some of the gift cards into my flipkart account, linked with this email, phone number:[protected] on 8th sept 2016 I had a wallet amount of rs 12000, which became 0 on 17th september. The buyer's order id for gift card purchasing is (24 gift cards order id) Od[protected] “ Od[protected] Od[protected] “ Od[protected] Od[protected] Od[protected] “ Od[protected] Od[protected] “ Od[protected] “ Od[protected] Od[protected] Od[protected] Od[protected] “ Od[protected] Od[protected] Od[protected] Od[protected] Od[protected] The buyer is supporting me with this issue i face with flipkart I want an immediate solution by tomorrow either through a refund to my Flipkart account of phone number [protected] or to my bank account My bank account details are ifsc code: sbin0014582 Bank account number:[protected]. They asked me to conatct phonepe which i did and i was told from phonepe to contact flipkart ragarding egv as they dont have anything to do with it. I am providing relevant proofs showing expiry date of gift cards, and various responses from flipkart The buyer has also raised a complaint regarding my issue from his side for which he did not get a reply.
