[Resolved]  Flipkart — warranty issue of my new purchased hp laptop.

Sir.
I bought a hp 15s ryzen 3 dual core laptop of rs-28990. After registering my laptop on hp site. It is showing my laptop has the warranty of 7 months which must be of 12 months.
After that i contacted hp support to know the issue they said the seller of flipkart is not an authorized hp seller that is why we cannot update your warranty. They said please call flipkart customer support service and tell them to provide an authorized hp seller bill to you of the same laptop. So that hp support can update my warranty to 12 months according to the policy.

Hp support said the 7 month warranty is bundled warranty it must be updated from seller end after selling a laptop but the seller of flipkart has not done that.
That's why i need the bill from flipkart of authorized hp seller so i can update my warranty and can escape from this fraud becausethey are not doing anything to resolve my issue.

I am trying from over a month now and they are not responding to my issue. Every time i call to tell them that you are not doing anything they escalate the isuue to next 5 days

So i request you to kindly help me.
