I have ordered motorola one vision (Sapphire gradient, 128 gb) (4 gb ram) as on 29 may and flipkart delivery promise date was 2 june but yet i have not received my product as per flipkart i will get my product by 3rd june and after that they give me 8th june and today they confirmed same product will delivery by 11 june... I make payment via credit card.. Such a fraud company.. From 2nd june order in my location near bhiwandi hub showing and not yet delivered..

    I order poco x2 on 22 march from Flipkart, which was reached my nearest hub at 25 may but not delivered, so I have raised many complaints toward flipkart, I went to my nearest hub to collect parcel but they didn't gave me it, Today Flipkart cancelled my order.

      Sir i was purchased micromax 1.5 ton 3 star split ac white on 14.10.2017 the invoice number fabbmr[protected]. The outdoor unit compressor was not working, it has a warranty period of 5 years,
      I was mailed to micromax customer care several time but i was not received proper response. I requesting you please take necessary action as early as possible.

        Frequent change in delivery date without prior notice

        I purchased an iphone 7 dated 5-1-2020 invoice no fadavb[protected] as i received the iphone7 and other accessories and out of which earphones were not properly working so i go to apple authorised service centre and they told me the earphones are not their original product so they refused to replace that. So when i purchase from your platform an original branded product and pay for that and in return what i get a duplicate product.
        Kindly solve my problem and replace my original branded apple earphones otherwise i report it to consumers court and also lodged forgery case against you.

          I order a product zee men cargo order id od[protected]

          But i recived a different brand and different colour cargo

          When i apply return the filpcart team canciled my return request
          I apply may time but they always cancilled my return request

          Finally i recive a emil in which
          Seller want my address proof
          Then i sand all my address proof
          Then he also reject my return

          I call flipcart care he say company care call you 3-4 days latter
          Tgen i recive a call 3-4 days letter and solve my probleam

          And creat a new return
          But nrxt day i recive a emil in which flipcart team say your account has been blocked and your return has rejected

          I call flipcart care but they dont solve my probleam and say soory we cant help you

                    I have ordered vivo z1x on 4th may from flipkart which reach us on 12th may
                    But i am in army and posted in guwahati from where i have send my mobile to my home which take more time to reach there when it reaches we opened it and got vim bar instead of mobile then we quickly called to flipkart care and they said we are not responsible now. I got vimbar hardly worth rs 40 on the price of rs 16990 now i dont have any option to get my money back. Rs 16990 is a very big amount for us and i got cheated by flipkart please help me get my money back.

                        Hi, my name is chandu. I have placed iqoo 3 mobile in flipkart. I have requested them to raise the return, and i have received the replacement product after several requests.

                        Even i have received damaged product with several issues again on replacement. The flipkart is selling all damaged products to customers.

                        Again i requested them for replacement, but they said only refund is available. So, i asked them to proceed. But now they are asking time and they even not responding to my message and even i haven't received any call or messages. They continuously rejecting my return without notifying me.

                        Please help me.

                            I have made account last year with a mobile number 885699xxxx. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.
                            The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                            Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                              I ordered this product from flipkart on 26/05/2020, order id:-od[protected] and i got delivery on 04.06.2020 after delivery, i received one sms for installation of ac on 06.06.2020 and charges for installation is ₹1599 plus additional accessories charges, while at the time of purchase it was clearly mentioned in applications that installation is free. But on 06.06.2020 i failed to receive the call of technician which came for installation but immediately within 10mints i contacted customer support who assured me that today installation will be done. But when after 2 hours again i called to customer support service they said mam it is to late, we will reschedule your installation for tomorrow, then on 07.06.2020 again i started contacting with customer support and technician at least i contacted 5 times from 10 am to 8 pm and after every call the technician was assuring me that he will come within 1 hour but at 8 o clock when i called him he said it is not possible to come now... I will come tomorrow and again i received one sms from customer support that your installation is rescheduled... Because the person is coming for installation i didn't go out for my important work and again on sunday i was waiting for him full day with regular follow up and he is just making bme fool that i will come within one hour it completely wasted my two days with mental stress. Is this how the customer support service is working in today's ecommerce, the thing which should complete in one day don't even completed in 5days.

                                  This is shashikanth, i am tried to get in touch with you onto discuss the issue about your lloyd 1.5 ton 5 star split inverter ac with pm 2.5 filter - white with order id od[protected] but couldn't get any proper response till date.

                                  Till now more than 7 incidents were raised but no action taken, and 5 technical visits arranged and cancelled on their own and they're talking very rudely. Forgot about my efforts talking with your customer service people.

                                  Every time i call customer care they keep on posting the date of resolution.

                                  I request please fix my issue within 24 hrs or at earliest possible.
