I received a mail and call that my below product marq ac is returning now but i want that please replace this items not return. Because in this ac i took 2 years of amc of rs. 2500/- and rs. 1500/- for installation. If you are returning this product please also refund my above amount (2500+1500 = rs. 4000). Otherwise replace this ac with fresh ac. If you are saying that it is not in stock than i have checked that this ac is available in stock. I already cart 1 pcs in my order list.

    Sir I will rase a return request for my laptop on time, and return the product on 02/06/2020, but Flipkart tell me that they have not received product, and demand an acknowledgement receipt which was not given by any wishmaster for that product and for other product also, means upto today I have not received any acknowledgement receipt from wishmaster for any type or refund and in all other cases my amount will receive back, but in present condition the flipkart will change there policy that for higher amount acknowledgement receipt required, how I will arrange that slip, my product amount is 48000 approx.

      I purchased Hp omen keyboard from Flipkart invoice date 16-10-18 with 2 years warranty. last month i had issue with keyboard to get it fixed i checked with hp where they told me warranty expired in 2018
      As per HP
      Product was purchased on 30-05-17
      Warranty expired on[protected]
      when i contacted flipkart they told me its not their problem and they cant do anything.

          To whom it may concern
          I got delivery of my bed on 13 june but no body is concern from flipcart for the installation. Bed is lying on my first room and it is creating so much problems for me to lying here.
          The purpose of purchasing my bed is totally failed and i am very very annoyed by the flipcart for their worst worst service.
          No body is even calling me for my concern as i have called n number of times to flipcart to pls help me out and resolve my issue.
          But every body is saying that pls wait it will resolve but when n how no body knows. I have full regression for my order to flipcart if i could order via amazon they would do my favor and resolve the issue. Worst flipcart and their services.
          Worst flipcart again n again. I will never purchase anything from flipcart.

            Clearly i was cheated by giving a refurbished phone. The dent on the camera bumb, the black shadow around the front punch hole camera, the screen flickering, the latest issue that i was facing was a fully green screen with white lines on it, once i switched on the phone.

            My return request was rejected over 4 times without any reason and it's already been 2 weeks since i am being harrassed by flipkart. They never calls me unless i ring them. And morover they have already closed the issue, stating that problem has been rectified with troubleshooting. Their service technician never called me and i never recieved any trouble shooting steps.

            I now understand you give zero preference to customers. Me being a flipkart plus memeber, henceforth i won't be using this app and moreover if i don't get a refund for this faulty device, i am defenitely going to file a complaint at the consumer court. I have recorded all the telephonic conversation s with your agents and their statements.

              Hello team,

              I ordered mobile of cost 42k from flipkart as i need it urgent.. But at the time of delivery bcz of wnrg otp he didnt delivered order but we got otp after delivery boy gone from my place then i called him to come back so he asked otp on call but i didnt provided it... Is ths in the policy of flipkart?
              Please take action other wise i will file complaint against flipkart in consumer court.. Please contact me i[censored] need further details

                I ordered my mobile poco x2 from flipkart on june 11 and it showed that delivery is on 14th june but now they delayed delivery from 14th june to 17th june without giving any specific reason. My product is also not packed. Now lockdown is open so, why are they delaying delivery. I want this phone urgently bcoz my existing phone is broken. Please delivery it asap

                My order was also delayed by 3 days. I think flipkart is facing some manpower issues due to Covid-19. I think you should wait for the next expected date hopefully your handset will be delivered by that date.

                      I recently purchased smart phone in flipkart, i requested for replacement or return of my mobile but as assured by the flipkart representative via call we will guide you for replacement of the product after two steps, 1) troubleshooting,
                      2) technician visit
                      After technician visit it is certified that the product is defective, replacement has been approved but i received an used mobile handset which they had got through some usage or return from some other customer, by making repairs complained by the other customer and reselling it to other customer again...

                          I was placing an order of realme 5i on 16/96/2020 on flipkart app from my flipkart account [protected].
                          I choose cash on delivery option but it is showing to pay rupee 500 in advance.
                          So i paid 500 from my google pay.
                          But my payment was successfully completed and 500 deducted but my order was not placed.

                          After that i contacted to google pay customer care they told me that payment was successfully reached to seller but flipkart is saying that we didn't received money.

                          Please help me to get refund.

                              I ordered a mi-a 3 from flipkart on 19th of march 2020, but due to nationwide lockdown the delivery date of product kept on moving till 6th june 2020. But, my product has not been delivered till date. I called flipkart tens of time but could'nt get any satisfactory reply, they kept promising the solution of my problem on future dates as 10th, 11th, 13th, 15th, 16th, 20th and now 22nd. The call operators don't know the status of my order themselves. Now, i have fed up calling them again and again. I have instinct that the company committed fraud with me. I purchased this phone to gift it to my son-in-law but due to flipkart's failure of delivery, i am facing a lot of insult. I have all the call recordings with me in which different dates are promised. Kindly look into into the matter and get me my order asap.

                                I ordered a mia3 phone that was delivered to me on 29th may, 2020. The phone stopped identifying any sim after 10 days of its purchase and am unable to get it repaired under warrenty because flipkart has not yet sent the invoice for the same. Without invoice copy am unable to get it repaired, i've been complaining flipkart sinceast 10 days but to no avail, they keep on lagging whereas i have serious problem without the phone.

                                  Order ID - OD[protected] Purchased Air conditioner after installation onwards not working samsung technician also visited but not solved, I requested for return on 1 st June till now flipkart not responding very unhappy with flipkart, why flipkart is doing business I can't understand such a small & genuine issue is not able to solve very shameful, if not able to solve the issue why selling such bad products & cheating with coustemers. I am escalating the issue to consumer forum.

                                        For the first time i found my self afraid for purchasing stuff from flipkart. Yesterday i ordered a mi box 4k streaming device from flipkart. Today morning while unboxing the package i found that i recieved i found in mi box 4k package i got a broken sony laptop order. I devasted and frustrated with such nasty work by flipkart seller. Because i had purchased this product with lot of hope and expectations all went in to wasted. While asking flipkart they said they will refund it and shared feedback to seller. Really is it the real justice by a big giant like flipkart. I want product desperately rather than refund. But they confirmed that sorry seller will do refund only. This is very injustice to a customer.
