Issue is that flipkart have given me credit for purchase in section of pay later but now that amount 60000₹ is showing as personal loan given by idfc bank in my cibil score and due to that i’m unable to take loan from any bank. right now i’m middle of things to purchase but cant get a loan. i have contacted flipkart 3-4 times but still nothing is solved.

    Dear sir
    Following detail of laptop given below

    Lenovo ideapad 130 core i3 7th gen - (4gb/1tb hdd/windows
    10home) 130-151kb laptop (15.6 inch, black, 2.1 kg, with ms office).

    — ordered on -7th may 2020, order id-od[protected]
    — delivered on -11th may 2020

    I have place replacement order during the replacement period and then
    Refunded a resolve date given by flipkart still waiting but they extend the
    Resolve date due to the covid-19,

    After this they once more extend the
    Resolve date i called flipkart customer care they request me to wait upto
    19th june 2020, during this period the replacement time are over, and when
    I talked to customer service they told me that they could not do anything,
    In that time a digital technology need to study but a worst laptop with
    Hanging issue can't fulfill this,
    During covid 19 our study gone badly and a worst effect with this laptop.
    I have complaint many time, but there is no response from flipkart and also
    From lenovo, its gone mentally harrassement with there extanding resolve
    Date.
    I want to refund money, kindly requested to respected consumer forum of
    India.

    As per your resolve date i waited till today*(19/06/2020*) but there is no
    solution from your side, while talking to both the company customer care
    they are giving every time a new resolving date, and also replacement time
    and on other hand refund section is showing as cancelled.

    Pickup laptop and refund money.* Due to continuous follow ups* I am going
    through *mental harassment* due to your pathetic customer service.

    This is last time i am contacting to both company CC . If not responded
    properly i am going to file a case in *consumer forum* about poor laptop
    condition of LENOVO and Flipkart services.

    Once more time a resolution date given by flipkart (02/07/2020) pickup date but there no any message or call from flipkart or seller, it's loss of my time I requested please solve this issue as soon as possible.

    As per the telephonic conversation, your return request initiated and product will be picked on or before29 Jul 20.
    Please keep the initially delivered item ready along with all the accessories and price tags in the original product box.

    The courier service provider will not be able to complete the pickup if any of the items present in the original package are missing. Please collect the acknowledgement receipt from the Wish master once the item is handed over.

    The seller will initiate the refund of ₹ 27990/- as soon as the courier service provider confirms the pickup and amount will be credited to your bank account within 2 business days from then as per standard banking procedures.

      I received aquaguard aquasure shield (Order id - od[protected] on 8 june from flipkart. The product i received was damaged and making a lot of noise from inside, so i created a replacement request, the next day the aquasure guy visited and confirmed that the product is indeed faulty and needs replacement and went away. My request got approved on 13th june and they i was notified that the product will be picked up by 20th june. During this time the ekart guy called me and said that he cannot pick up my order as it was very heavy and big, i raised a complaint on flipkart which was unresolved. And as of now on 22nd june they have cancelled my return without any reason.
      I don't want this mental torture. I want my replaced product or i want my money back.

Recently when i cross checked, bank officials informed flipkart not converted payment options into emi and total amount have taken in a single payment. This causing financial burden, please look into this and resolve

          Hello,

          I have placed an order for buying Realme Narzo 10A during the Flash sale on 19th of June 2020. However the amount of Rupees 8499/- has been deducted and it shows flipkart account has been credited with the same amount. I did the payment through UPI. The order status shows "Pending from Bank End"

          It has been 3 days now, I have called customer care and registered the complain still no update has been provided and thrice the call was disconnected when I was trying to explain my issue.

          I want my Money refund as soon as possible. Also I am a plus member of Flipkart and never expected this kind of poor quality service!

            Flipkart has the most pathetic and non-functional customer support and services departments. These departments are filled by sweet talking non functional people who knows how to say just one thing: "we are working on your issue and it will be resolved by tomorrow". This tomorrow just never comes. I had purchased an o-general air conditioner order id: od[protected] from flipkart on 03 june, 2020 and was delivered to me on june 11, 2020. I didn't got messages from flipkart services for any installation, when i tried their customer care they asked me to wait till 16 june 2020 as it was mentioned on their portal. On 15 june 2020 i got call from no. [protected] these people said that my installation request didn't got raised when my product got delivered and now they are doing this and issue will get resolve in some days. I asked her how can i contact them again on the updates, then the person gave me wrong information. On calling their customer support about issue and what he has reported - or what you claim is a big fat lie. As usual, i got a very apologetic, sweet person on the phone who promised to escalate the issue and wait for another 48 hours. Promised that they are escalating the matter and my air conditioner will be installed on the next day. After a while, i got another status in my order from them saying - "we are working on your issue". Since then, i have been trying to constantly call them and send emails to them. My emails remain unanswered and on phone, i always get an answer - "we are very sorry and the service will definitely be complete by 'tomorrow'". Well, tomorrow never comes the air conditioner is lying in my living room since 11 days now. If i open it myself or try to get it installed by someone else, who will take responsibility if something is wrong in the package i have received? What if the delivered air conditioner is faulty? Flipkart will simply raise their hands and say we are not responsible. My money and space is blocked since all these days and i could not use the air conditioner during the really hot days here in uttar pradesh meerut when it is really required. Will flipkart take any responsibility for this? I have fianlly written to them that i will now have to go to consumer court against them and if flipkart does not set things right, i definitely will. Friends, please share this message as much as you can so that all flipkart customers knows what kind of an organization they are dealing with.

            When will you rever.

            Is installation of an AC us this much bigger deal, or else Flipkart is not taking this case on priority even after it has been 2 weeks since product delivered.

            Need more updates on this and get this issue resolved.
            I am calling flipkart customer support everyday. But bo one has any updates on my issue.

            Taking customer money without giving him an authority to use the product, is the the policy or this company.

            Shameful ethics and worst services. Is this how flipkart is competent ng Amazon.

            This is the latest mail i have received from flipkart.
            Stating that their systems are upgrading and due to this it will take more time me for installing my product.
            May i know who is responsible from past 2 weeks.
            Giving excuses is the only thing Flipkart is doing. Its better they provide me the solution and keep more emphasis on that. Or else if my issue is unresolvable then they can take their product back.

              Hi team,

              I have been following up with flipkart since the day i received a damaged cooler that i had ordered from this useless site-flipkart.

              I had initially opted for replacement, however they gave me a replacement date of 20 days. So then i cancelled the replacement request as there was no use of a cooler after summer ends.

              Now when i asked them to give me an option for putting in a request for return, they took 1 week's time and then also they said they have to do it manually.

              Since then it's been 21 days and i haven't received any response from them

              Such a pathetic company is flipkart.

              I would want to file a consumers complaint and sue them for damages and harassment caused.

                  new marq 1.5ton ac not working well

                  I purchased marq 1.5 ac from flipkart which was delivered on 12th june but installed on 16th june, that too even after personally visiting the jeeves service centre. The flipkart team and jeeves both are very unresponsive. Although, ac got installed and i had to pay hefty amount of rs 4100, just for installation and they were overcharging the amount for copper pipe and when this is said they were saying that if you don't get it, i won't get...

                  When i orderd my product it was shown as no cost emi but still my bill created with interest charges and gst per month i’m very disappointed with flipkart and when i contact my bank then agent told me your interest charged by flipkart because he’s not applied no cost emi on your product help me

                      श्रीमान जी, उपभोक्ता मोहम्मद अनस ने आपकी सेवा कम्पनी flipkart से दिनांक 16/06/2020 को matrix कम्पनी की एक कॉस्मेटिक किट मंगाने के लिए आवेदन किया था जिसकी आर्डर संख्या - od[protected] है | आज दिनांक 21/06/2020 को कम्पनी द्वारा किट उपलब्ध कराने से पूर्व रुपए 370/- का नकद भुगतान उपभोक्ता द्वारा कर दिया गया | किट की पैकिंग को खोलने के बाद उपलब्ध कराये गए चार वस्तुओ में प्रत्येक वस्तु वास्तविक matrix कम्पनी की ना होकर उसकी डुप्लीकेट रूप में उपलब्ध करायी गयी | जिससे उपभोक्ता एवम उसके संबंधियों को flipkart की सत्यता पर संदेह होने लगा है | उपभोक्ता चाहता है कि किसी कानूनी कार्यवाही को करने से पूर्व उसके रुपए 370/- का किया गया भुगतान उपभोक्ता को वापस कर दिया जाए |

                          Hi all -

                          I purchased stainless steel modular rack from flipkart on 28 may 2020 and it got delivered on 3 june 2020. Further i raised return request with reason high price charged for the product. The pickup person came for the collection of product but since the product was branded as "kitchking" and the seller description is 4ten so the courier person did not picked the product saying that the product name is not matching although the product is exactly same. So i contacted customer care on 16 june 2020 and he/she asked me to cancel the return as the reason should be different brand instead of high price charged. Further they asked me to wait for atleast 72 hours so that the system gets updated with the cancellation and then asked me to contact back after 72 hours.
                          I contacted again on 21 june 2020 to customer care for the return but now the whole picture changed as the customer care saying that the product cannot be returned now as there is 10 days return policy which is lapsed. I asked to connect with senior executive "rahul" and he also said the same thing. But where is my fault? I raised the cancellation request on time, again contacted customer care for the help as the pick up person was not taking the product and finally contacted again to customer care for the return.
                          Not sure but its all the fault of flipkart as the seller has mentioned incorrect brand name in their description. Product price is high as compared to other seller on flipkart as order similar product from other seller on flipkart itself. Customer care not cooperating as i followed their instruction of return that too with the specified time limit.

                                I have purchased real me xt from flipkart on 29 oct.2019, recently its touch not working so i visited service center on 2 june and got call from on 3rd june that my issue was resolved and when i visited at service center they told me that invoice imei no not matching with mobile imei then i called realme and they told me that contact flipkart. I have contacted flipkart on 4th june and till not every time they are saying that please wait 24 to 48 hr form 4 june.

                                Its been almost 15 days i am waiting for issue solution.

                                  My account is blacked almost 3 weeks back without any intimation like mail or message with reason.
                                  I called customer care nearly 15 to 20 times about this issue. Customer care people told like there technical people will contact me back. Still no one is contacted.
                                  If i asked same think to the customer care people they will put my call on hold and they will disconnect my call. It is happened almost 5 times.
                                  Some times they told that they already sent a mail but i didn't receive any mail that one also i already told them.
                                  Always customer care people told same dialog they will resolve but no one is take care of that.
                                  Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  I called to customer care to many times but no use. Here also no one will replying. I feel that flipkart is the one who is not bother about customers. Very worst service I ever seen.

                                    Hi sir,
                                    I purchased an i kall tablet for my daughter from flipkart under to order no: - od[protected] on 04th june 2020 for 4999/- inr which was delivered on 07th june 2020. As the product was defective i started raising the complaint with flipkart customer care on the same day where everytime flipkart customer care executive assured me that it would be picked up and refund would be generated. Some of the return ids are[protected] and[protected] raised by me. These refunds were rejected without any information to me and when i asked about it they shared product is ok and can’t be refunded.
                                    As the product was defective, i persisted to return the product and kept on calling flipkart customer care and every time your team conveyed that return is in process and it was rejected earlier due to a system error.
                                    Now when i call them they hear my complaint and then say please hold for a minute and disconnect my call. Even few executives have used a foul language which is not at all acceptable and is attack on modesty of a woman.
                                    I am reaching out to you to provide solution to my problem, false commitments by your team and indecent language used by your team.
                                    Looking for your help for an early resolution.

                                    No action has been taken by Flipkart till now and they keep on playing with consumer. I got a call from them and shared complete problem. Flipkart shared they understand the problem and will get it picked but due to issue in system it is delayed till now. But no action till now. I have called multiple times and always get a response system issue please call later. Not sure what company like Flipkart is upto.

                                      My flipkart plus account has been blocked on 06 jun 2020. Company saying it is done by number of high return. Basically, i ordered flipkart smart buy towel near about 10 pc but i received every product defective and full of soiled and very old stocked so i returned it. Due to block my account, i'm not able to pay my pay later dues. Because of this, they are adding penalty every day. I contacted to customer care many times but no one could help me. I hate this company.
