[Resolved] Flipkart — Warranty not covered as displayed | |||
I have purchased 8 Split AC (Samsung 1.5 Ton 3 Star Inverter) on Flipkart dated[protected] under Maha Warranty offer. Today Samsung service centers say this product is under warranty for 1 year only on parts. Where as in invoice and on flipkart it was clearly mentioned about parts warranty as 10 Years on Compressor, 5 Years on PCB, 5 Years on Condenser with 5 Years Free Gas Charge. Now Samsung says ask Flipkart for the same. I had mailed to [protected]@flipkart.com regarding same on 11-July-2021, but till now i didnt receive any response. I have all the records of tax invoice, promotional scheme Maha Warranty offer on Flipkart etc. Kindly take appropriate action to resolve this issue at the earliest or I'll have to go with Legal Action via Court. Jul 26, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved 1. AC was not cooling so i registered a complaint for support from samsung
2. On checking it was found that Gas Charge will be required.
3. Now after filling GAS by service guy from Samsung Service Center asks for GAS filling charges. It has already mentioned in invoice received from Flipkart while purchasing, that 5 year GAS charrge is free.
Due to these offers (Maha Warranty) as displayed on Flipkart we bought 8 ACs, now if we get such issue for one AC it will be same for 7 others too.
4. I had raised the same query with Sampsung support, they say i must contact flipkart for the same as it was purchased from there only.
I have all the tax Invoices received while purchasing, Screenshot of the offer wgich running that time.
In tax invoice it clearly mentioned warranty on parts 10 years Compressor, 5 year PCB with 5 years free GAS charge, 5 years on condenser.
If reuired i can mail all the documents for your confirmation. Even i had mailed at [email protected] but it was not delivered. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
