[Resolved] Flipkart — Warranty of hp laptop

I ordered an hp15 i3 laptop from flipkart on 29/12/2019 and received on 02.01.2020. Display stops working on 10.08.2020 and on the same day I reached at authorised hp dealer at Thrissur, Kerala and they sent it for flipkart warranty service. After 10 days they call me and told that flipkart purchased this item on 10.08.2019 .so warranty expired on 09.08.2020 and they are not ready to repair it at free of cost. They charged 7000/- to replace the display . The laptop has 12 months warranty from the date of purchase. I purchased it only on 29.12.2019 hence it has warranty upto 18.12.2020. So I need compensation from flipkark to cheet me by supplying an old item purchased ;by flipkart on 10.08.2019. I have got only 7 months warranty for this item. Kindly refund Rs.7000/- lost me due to a 5 months old item delivered from flipkart.

Flipkart customer service make some calls & emails with me in connection with my complaint. They required job sheet & invoice. I send all genuine documents.After enquiry flipkart refunded Rs.7000/- to my bank account. Thanks to flipkart.

Updated by santhoshambady123 In connection with this complaint flipkart has refunded Rs.7000/- to my bank a/c. Flipkart solved my complaint properly.Thanks to flipkart..& Consumer complaints forum.
