[Resolved] Flipkart — Washing machine replacement

Hi Consumer complaints forum,

I would like to bring my concern to you that I purchased LG washing machine over flipkart online on Fri, Oct 28th '16 which costs ₹23, 489. After receiving Item, we found that there was damage and i raised complaint (Id:[protected] to replace the product. But there was no response from the Flipkart team to get replace done.

I keep on contact Flipkart call center number[protected], but they say some other team will do call to me which never happened.

Today also i spoke to CC team with reference number INI[protected]. Now time passed 6months above but no resolution and we are unable to use product as well.

Could you please take severe action on Flipkart because its my 23K money, please do justice to me.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We have already initiated refund from our side on 17th June. It would credit in customer's account in 5 business days. Closing the complaint.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, informed that the refund is been processed today due to certain tech issue, and asked him to wait for 5 BD. Customer wants a confirmation mail. Hence sending the same and closing the case.
