[Resolved]  Flipkart — washing machine/bed sheets

I placed order to flipcart on 21st sept vide order nos. Od[protected] and od[protected], for washing machine date of delivery was 25th sept. But till date not delivered and no exact update. Very unprofessional attitude and unnecessary harassment for customer. Today is the date for scheduled delivery of washing machine and bed sheets now got a mail that they still want time till tomorrow in order to update me. Pl. Look into this harassment.

Updated by atuljaitly Again status remain same about the delivery of my washing machine as mentioned above. Whenever i call flipcart they provide me same drafted answer that complaint has been raised. Till date i have not received washing machine. Bluedart courier phone nos are not reachable it seems there all phone numbers are not working. Since it is customer mental harassment in respect of a costly consignment, i want FLIPCART to compensate me for this delay in delivery. Apart from this ensure delivery by today

Flipkart Customer Care's response We interacted with the customer and apologies for the order cancellation. Informed customer to place a fresh order and we'll provide the difference amount but customer not agreed with the resolution hence closing the complaint from our end.

I perches lee coper shore on flip cart and products was damage conditions, so many time i want complain in flip cat, no budy cal help as, we request to you please do the need,
