Hi,

As per my complain, your delivery team has deliver my product yesterday[protected]. But, they are told me don't open the box, company boy is open the box.

Today[protected] installation boy came to my home and open the box. After that he has seen the product is breakable. So, i told as soon as possible change my product. I think your delivery team has break the product for that they are delay the deliver the product.

I think your team and company don't take any action. After 24th November, today is 28th November. Anyone don't any call for pickup and still not pickup the product.
