I have placed an order with flipkart order no od[protected] home sizzler 275cm long curtain pack of 3. I filled the complaint on 19 oct. Flipkart did not do any thing and marked that issue as resolved. Customer care people n consumer complaint people are gvng diff excuses. Big fraud company. Not refunding the amt as of nw. They call me daily n said that money will be credited in 6 working days since sep 21. Plz refund the money...

Pathetic ownership of issue and extremely poor customer service. The product supplied by seller was wrong. Flipkart team got the delivery started but without any concern or ownership of the issue, thereby putting me to extreme inconvenience. I have ordered poco phone on 11th oct 2018 and not yet delivered till today (27th oct 2018). Contacted support and responding like they will try to resolve in 24 hrs. I had ordered a tempered glass for redmi note 5 pro mobile. A broken tempered glass has been delivered by flipkart and it cannot be returned as well. I'm highly disappointed with flipkart and i will never recommend flipkart to anyone. I'll never buy anything from flipkart. Disgusting service! I don't understand why it can't be returned! On the occasion of diwali festive season i was placed order to purchase a mobile redmi note 5 pro and i have already paid an amount of mobile.

But it is shocking for us a deliveryman ajay kumar ([protected]) gave a box with soap (Fena) to my minor son. As per law of land minor signature is not valid.

How a deliveryman will gave a box and took signature from a minor person without consultation...

I received my 2 tops in single flipkart packaging. I didn't like the quality so i requested for a return. My return was picked up by the ecom express guy who didn't check how many pieces of clothes are there in the packet.
