i have ordered a krx 50kg combo 2-wb home gym kit on 16th october 2018. Delivery was expected by 28th oct 2018.
I got a call from customer service to cancel the product as they are unable to deliver the product due to some issues from their end. On 3rd nov i have got an cancellation confirmation email from flipkart, stated "we're sorry to let you know that your order was cancelled by the seller headlyfitness as they weren't able to ship your item on time.
We'd like to let you know that the seller has refunded the amount to my card and it will be credited in 9 business days as per standard banking process".

And now 2 days back i have received the item and immediately i raised a complain and requested return of the same. But flipkart customer care is refusing to return it and blaming me for the issue denying the cancellation.
I want the refund asap.

    This is bring it your notice that there were 2 Debit card EMI loan has been generated under my name, Actually it is supposed to be 1 Debit card EMI loan.

    Bring History: On 13th of October 2018 i ordered for Poco F1 mobile in Flipkart using my Debit card with EMI option but the order was not completed successfully simultaneously i received an email that your refund procedure has begun and attached email for your reference with the tracking number. so on the next day ie on 14th of october 2018 again i order the same product (Poco F1 mobile) and order was successfully placed and even the product got delivered on 19th Oct 2018.

    Now my concern is how there was 2 DC EMI loan has been generated under my name it seems to only one.

    As you confirm that refund has been initiated for the product for which order was not completed from your end.

    Now my question here is if the refund has reached the bank why still now they have not closed my DC EMI loan,

    Kindly seeking your help on this issue.

    At last what you will say, already refund has been completed on 14th Oc 2018 for the order which couldn't complete from your end same story...
    The provided refund reference ID is invalid/fake iD... There were several incident raised for this issue, but still my issue is not resolved yet... You flipkart is cheating the people and trust and dignity what we have is going down, I request people not to do any purchases in Flipkart...India's no 1 cheating online website is Flipkart

      Respected Sir,

      I ordered a Acer Predator Helios 300 gaming laptop on 12th October using my SBI debit card and had to cancel the order on 14th October. From Flipkart I received a mail saying the I will receive the refund by 23rd October.But I haven’t received refund yet for the same. Since then I contacted the Flipkart customer care many times to find a resolution. First time the representative gave me a transaction ID and told me to contact the SBI customer care, when I contacted the SBI customer care he told me they cant help me with the transaction ID provided by the flipkart and asked me to contact Flipkart again. Since then I contacted the flipkart customer care many time and they keep sending me the same reply

      “the seller has refunded ₹ 61990 to your State Bank of India debit card on 14 Oct 18 with the bank transaction id: IN[protected]. This amount should have been credited to your account by now. This EMI should have been cancelled by now.
      You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance.”

      I talked to the senior executive from flipkart many times and they keep telling me the issue will be solved within 48 hours. I asked them for ARN and seller’s bank statement but the just keep telling me to contact SBI customer care.

      During this time first month emi and also the interest for the first month have been deducted from my account.

      Please look into the issue for a solution.

      upon contacting the flipkart customer care again they refused to share any transaction details or merchant details.I called again within few min and i got an sms with payment reference number and refund id, which i took with me to the nearest SBI branch but they couldnt find any transaction made to my account with the details I got from Flipkart.They also checked my bank statement and also the loan account which was opened for the emi payment. So the SBI bank manager asked me to file a complaint against flipkart.

      Two months and yet to get the refund. They keep asking me to contact the bank but refusing to provide any real information. All the information i got from flipkart i shared with the bank but they couldn't find any transaction related to those. (They provided me with the PRN: PZT[protected]ZJCT02 and refund ID:[protected] but couldnt find any transaction related to that ID, Sharing false information again.)

      Every time i contact the Flipkart customer care they tells me someone will contact me with a resolution but I never receive the call or they calls me when i am not available. (I ordered an item on COD and canceled the order before the delivery and in the space of 2 hours they called me 4 or 5 times to talk about the order i made but it takes them 3 or 4 days to talk about the refund). whenever i contacted Flipkart they provided me with different details regarding the transaction, but SBI couldnt find any records related to the transaction details provided by Flipkart.

When ever i was using earphone for calling the voice is barking in every time or you can say the voice is not audible to another person.               Team, flipkart is not at all customer friendly, today i have received a call and customer service executive is bothered only about their seller but not the loss happened to me. My item was about to deliver on 26th oct and i have not received the item till ist fortnight of november and now they are not even ready to give the compensation, mistake is completely bon their side and they just not bothered to resolve the issue. Customer care executive are trained only to copy paste the templates given to them. They are not bothered about the concern of the customer and loss happened to the customer. Very very disappointed with flipkart for the first time.

              It has been almost one month from the date of lodging the complaint. Flipkart is always giving reply that they will revert, but they have neither reverted not credited the promised amount to the flipkart a/c.

                I bought a motorola one power and received nov 9th 2018, then i checked

                        Flipkart suddenly says that i am reselling products and not using it for personal use. How lame is that. I am a college student and i really no need to do all these sorts of things.
                        They say that they cannot help in this case. And it is automatically done by their system.
                        I have repeatedly talked to them, and said that this might be a system fault. Please help me out. Account is registered with primary mail id and phone number. And they even deny to erase the history of the account and return back when i suggested them.

                          Customer issue is he purchased JBL Flip 3 Blue Splashproof 16 W Portable Bluetooth Speaker, but when he received the product was missing. So interacted with customer regarding the same. as per our update the product was intact at the time of delivery. So requested the customer share the ID proofs to further action but he is not supporting the same. Hence we are closing the issue from our end.

                            I brought Kenneth Cole First Site shoe from flipkart OD[protected]. The description of the shoe mentions it to be genuine leather. It was supposed to be a gift. After I started using the product, exactly on the day of return policy expiry, I noticed upper material of the shoe getting peeled off on the first day. I tried to express my greveience to customer care, they were of no help. Its bad that flipkart sells fake products and gets away clean. Action should be taken on flipkart for fooling people. The product is still listed on thier website. I see a simlar review has been provided for the product on their website, but no action has been taken.

                              My pending order and i feel so much fraustated as i am not able to get the clear picture as in when will my product will get delivered to the address i have mentioned. Every time when i call i get the time frame of 3 days with no update from your team on the product, product was to be delivered on 24 th oct and today being 20th nov, still no one from your team has clear picture as in where is my product and why it has been delayed, every time when i call i been given a time frame of 3 days and this is now fraustating me big time.                                   I have purchased sofa from flipcart on 10th Oct and I have received this product on 4th Nov. But received product is different with which I have ordered in colour mismatch.

                                  On 8th Nov I have come to know this and same-day and same time I booked replacement request on my app.

                                  I have called to customer care number so many times but I have not received any solution till today.

                                  I would request you please take my issue on priority and resolve as soon as possible.

                                    I had placed my order of a shoe pair on 10th nov 2018. I have been told that the order will be delivered on 17th. I did not get any deliver nor even any message informing the status. Then Flipkart gave 20th as the delivery date. I met the same fate again. Then i called up customer care and they assured me delivery on 23rd. And finally they cancelled the delivery. Who is responsible for all this nonsense? Is their no responsibility of the flipkart in such a laggard business

                                      I had placed an order on flipkart with order id od[protected] for a juicer which was defective and return request was raised within the 10 days replacement period and the request was accepted as well but was later cancelled many times finally after following up for a month a replacement juicer was delivered which was received broken and from then i am again held up this shoddy behaviour of flipkart and its seller (Omni tech retail). Very notorious in supplying faulty products and denying refund (I came to know this very late). Again the same drama of denying my refund request. Such online shopping sites are taking customers for granted due to the weak and lack of proper framework of the judiciary.

                                        Let me tell you something about the item. I was out of the city kolkata n my brother in law received the item gopro hero on 22.10.2018. I reached on 24.10.18 after that my daughter of 4yrs old suffering for illness with high fever n infection. I have to admit her to the hospital medica superspeciality on 29.10.18 n she get discharged on 2.11.18. after that my wife also get ill I admit her too to medica superspeciality on 3.11.18 doctor Confirm she have a major chest infection n also found stone in her gallbladder. In the meantime I start suffering for retinal detachment on my right eye n can't able to see anything from my right eye. Both my daughter n wife come back home n I will go for the operation on 24.11.18 to disha barackpore, West Bengal (Dr. Arnab das). Now 2 days back I open the item n found its not working bcoz when ever I try to charge it the light blink n off. I tried it with my mobile adapter, power bank n laptop but same issue. I contact flipkart customer care n they teach very well about the policy which I am already aware about(return by 1.11.2018).

                                        But my concern is as a human being if family members my daughter, wife n even me is suffering for an serious issue then which would be my first preference, should I have to open the item or should I have to take them to the hospital?

                                        They also ask me to visit service centre bcoz policy is over. Now let me tell you no service centre is available in West Bengal for GoPro, only one dealer in Kolkata which in chittaranjan Avenue.                                         I asked them that I don't have a vision on my right side so if I go n met with an accident who will take the responsibility n they said sir we can't do anything.. that's amazing.

                                        Now another part I went to the shop today with no vision on my right eye n found no such shop.. it is a wrong information. No service centre n no dealer in West Bengal then how they are selling the item?

                                        Enough harrasment for me now you tell what should I do bcoz doctor asked me not to take any stress bcoz that will make my operation more critical. No one is responding to me n I have made the payment which is very bad service. Need your kind support. All documents attached.
