[Resolved] Flipkart — Worst customer service from flipkart | |||
I bought vaccum cleaner with reference to Flipkart.com Order OD[protected], I got a defective, called back the customer support there replaced it with new one, I though new one would not have any issues, kept it packed, On june 1st I thought I will clean my sofas using the vaccum cleaner, it has the same problem, I called customer care phone number written on the vaccum cleaner, there said there will send someone in 24hr, no response, I called flipkart, there ask me to email the query, on 3rd june I email to flipkart, there emailed me back saying someone get in touch by 6th june, no response on query, but I get 2nd email that it will be resolved on 9th june, till now reponse or email. looks like flipkart is sleeping, no response, very worst customer service. I need my money back, firist I thought I will buy something else, but now I just want refund and never would buy anything from flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jun 16, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and got to know that he ordered for (Eureka Forbes Trendy Steel Vacuum Cleaner) in Jul, 2014. Customer wants to return it and take refund as he is not getting proper response from the brand. Customer says that he is not able to make contact when he reaches the customer care of the brand and the technician has still not visited his place. So apologized for the inconvenience and request him to take it up with the brand as it was purchase last year and it is outside replacement period and closing the case.

Today is faced very bad experience from Flipkart, On 10th June i placed my order to purchase Lenovo a 7000 under my request OD[protected], since i selected option cash on delivery, i rechecked with you customer care executive and they ensure me i can make the payment through my credit card at the time of product delivery, however scenario was compliantly changed while on 13th June your delivery boy refused to accept payment through credit card, he was giving very stupid excuse '' i am not from Flipkart and not carrying card payment machine.
After long argue he denied and get back to his location.
