Worst experience with flipkart.com
I had placed an order OD[protected] on 1st Nov, 2018 of Rs.20599/- that is delivered on 04th Nov, 2018 by courier service ekart . Installation and demo happened on 5th Nov and after that due to issue in product I raised return request on 08th Nov . But without my confirmation return request rejected and again I raised return request and 12th Nov tech visit happened and confirm that product has some issue but on 14th I checked in Flipkart site return request rejected because issue resolved .. But issue not resolved because product internally damaged . And that tech person also verified . But without customer signature or customer approval they canceled return request . Flipkart such a fraud company to play with customer and give preference to seller. I called at least 12 -15 times to customer care for this issue no one solving .
My big concern is without customer approval how they can cancel return request ?
It’s the worst thing I got to know.
They don't even bother to contact me for my concern and never gave any positive response.
This is the worst website ever.
i highly discourage purchasing any product from this website.
flipkart.com : I know you might remove this post..But I'll keep posting same on facebook, twitter and many other website. If you don't get back to me with my money back.
