[Resolved]  Flipkart — worst product, customer service and return policy from flipkart

I bought zenfone max pro m1 from flipkart on 17-05-19 and was very unhappy with camera's performance even after so many software updates.
So i opted for replacement, and a technician visit was approved. When the technician (From jeeves consumer service pvt. Ltd.) visited even though i proved to him that the product's image output is worst, he said that it was not a fault of the product and added that every smartphone under the price tag of 10, 000 performes the same way (Which is absolutely not).
Then he updated to flipkart that i am so happy with products performance (Which i am totally not) and it has no fault.
The customer service team was not providing apt solutions to the problem and were simply sending the same technician again and he repeated the same story again.
What i really don't understand is either the techinician who visits doesn't have the required knowledge or flipkart customer service is playing a fool game with a loyal customer.
The services provided by amazon is far better than flipkart service. The return policy of flipkart is far worse and is totally customer unfriendly.
I am fed up with the flipkart's worst sevices which is highly disappointing so finally i want the amount refunded which i paid for this product rather than a replacement.
My advise to customers like me is "don't buy any product from flipkart if you think the return policy is customer friendly, better go with amazon".

There was a technician visit but this time also he updated the same "Issue resolved, customer unhappy". Please arrange a call back from Bangalore head office who called me earlier and said he is handling this order. And provide me with a refund.

The flipkart banglore head is filled with a bunch of ###. They don't provide you with any good resolution. These guys just want to shove these crappy and idiotic products onto the customer. Flipkart is a total ###, it would be better if they rename is to flopkart. useless ###.
