[Resolved]  Flipkart — worst product return

I have applied for return but they rejected saying you need to reset the phone but even after reset the phone is hanging, technician also visited but during his visit the phone was working but still we are unhappy with the performance, technician was agreed with our problem as our phone hangs randomly then i called and flipkart said to take phone to service centre instead of replacing. It is when when i have complaint and applied within 10 days of replacement policy.
Hope you will help us properly so that we will get our phone replaced and won't feel that we are cheated as i am so much unsatisfied and depressed with the phone performance.
Flipkart has taken more than three days time to check and verify the phone for return request.
I also do not like to return the purchased things but as the phone is not working it means i have wasted money that's why.
As the phones hangs randomly and it was working in front of technician it doesn't mean that the phone is ok as technician checked the phone for hardly 2-3 mins but we keeps the phone for long hours.
So please help to resolve our issue and help us to get our phone replaced.
