Sir/madam, i ordered a mobile (Red me note 4) on your website on 17th october 2017 to gift my wife and i got delivery and paid in cash. As i opened the packet and put mobile in charging and put my wife vodafone sim in to the mobile, i comes to know that mobile is defective. My wife sim become defective and her number is not working in any phone. Within 30 minutes i lodged a compliant for return the product. Lots of talks has been completed with your phone representatives but all goes to waste. Till date my product is neither replaced nor your company made refund to me. Updated by manoj430412 no technician came till date. We had paid for a damaged product and company is giving only commitments to resolve the problem and give assurance either to replace the product or refund the amount but in actuality company is playing and passing time.
