I tried to log in to my flipkart account but couldn't log in to my accoun and it says its inactive. I tried with my gmail account and phone number but both the account says inactive. I don't have any other way to log in and i need my account to be activated since i love to do online shopping and i do only on flipkart since its a trustworthy app so it would be nice if its been activated

    This is in connection with the online purchase of sebamedbaby soap on flipkart on 10/11/2017. The cost of the product pan india is 260 to 280for 100gm soap but in your flipkart site, the cost was shown as 4 thousand for 2 set of soaps and discount of rs. 2800 was given and the actual price paid by us is 1200 for 2 soaps

    I am a regular visitor in flipkart site but it is very disappointing that a giant in e commerce is looting the people by this type of indigenous act.

    Pl advice us on this or we have to go to consumer court and even to advertise in the market about this type of dealings by flipkart

      Dear flipkart,
      I purchased l'oreal paris expert absolut repair lipidium instant reconstructing shampoo 250 with invoice date 12/11/2017 from seller 'gs traders, gwalior through flipkart.
      My order i'd is 'od[protected]'.
      The product i got is fake, i got it at first look by poor quality of plastic bottle and cap. On scanning it's barcode, it is showing some other shampoo of loreal.
      I repeatedly called flipkart customer care, and they gave blunt reply that they won't be able to do anything as product is in 'no return' category.
      They even won't take any action on the seller.
      Is it fair to sell fake products under no return category?
      I don't want this product and want my money back.

        I ordered redmi note 4 on 16.10.17, order id-od[protected]. It reached on 07.11.17 & package was found torn. I didn't receive it. The seller has rejected the return. The order was cancelled, my refund status shows, "refund after 6 days after pickup is completed". Why pickup clause is added when i didn't receive it? If india post doesn't complete the pickup, how will i get refund? Please escalate my case.

          I have made 2 transaction on 12nov 1st transaction was failed but the amount was deducted and for 2nd transaction flipkart have taken the oppo f3 plus back due to disagree of exchange mobile. The amount for both transaction was same on same date. I have received 1 refund but not received the 2nd refund amount. As per bank the amount is pending towards flipkart. But flipkart is not refunding the amount, they only tell you will get refund in next 48-72 hours. But till know i have not got refund.

          Now its almost 2 months flipkart is not refunding. They are sending false transaction id and authorization code to me that we have done refund and contact to ICICI for refund.

          Amazon had the best services then flipkart, so don't buy anything from flipkart and go for amazon.
          I have not received refund still now from flipkart. They are making fool of me from last 2 months.

                We, placed an order, numbered od[protected] dated 15/11/2017 billion capture+ (Mystic black, 64gb) black handset mobile of rs.11699/- expected to be delivered on 17/11/2017. However, while writing that request till now i have not received any update on the delivery of the ordered.

                However, when i have discussed with one your executive at the customer care, i am surprised to know that the aforesaid handset as ordered by me has been delivered to someone else. Moreover, that person requested me to re-order the set and get the refund of the previous order.

                After getting such answer from your executive i was shocked and surprised that how could such an un-professional conduct can be made by flipkart, which i believe, before such incidence, is customer friendly and loyal.
                Sir, i am sorry to say that such a behaviour totally unethical and not as per the reputation of flipkart.

                The phone was actually purchased for some special occasion and any unwanted delay in its delivery would totally defeat the purpose of such order.

                At last i hereby request you to please look into the matter and please delivered the aforesaid handset, at the earliest, at the mentioned address and if the same could not be delivered the same can be considered as an deficiency of service and i am forced, for non fulling of promise, to file the case before the competent authority for mental harassment and agony.

                The aforesaid request is written without prejudice to my any other legal rights, as available.

                Hoping to here positive and fast response on the aforesaid matter.

                    सर मैंने flipkart से ऑनर 6x फोन मंगाया था उस phone की गारंटी 1साल की है ओर मेरे phone की जैक चार्जर डेमीज होने की वजह से मेरे phone के जैक जल चुकी the ओर मे अपने फोन को rdc बीकानेर के पास श्री जी के नाम से सर्विस सेंटर पर रीपेयर कराने ले गया था उन्होने बताया की इसमे पानी जाने की वजह से उसकी जैक खराब हुई है लेकिन मेरा फोन की जैक मेरे phone के चार्जर डेमीज होने की वजह से फोन की जैक की पिन जल चुकी थी सर जब मेरा फोन ke गारंटी 1 साल की है तो उन्होने मेरे से जैक डालने के 983 रुपए keu लिए ओर ऊपर से उन्होने दूसरा चार्जर नहीं deya ओर ऊपर से 1 manth गारंटी मे बिल काट kar दे दीया सर मैंने उनसे बहुत रिक्वेस्ट करी the उन्होने मेरा फोन का दूसरा चार्जर नहीं deya सर जब मेरा फोन गारंटी मे था तो उन्होने kes बात के रुपए मांगे sir मैंने ऑनर कंपनी का फोन esliye लिया था keuke मुझे अच्छा लगा ओर गारंटी भी अच्छी थी laken सर muje नहीं पता था की आपकी कंपनी इतनी घटीया है सर मुझे मेरे phone के रुपए रिटर्न चाहिए or जो repair मे रुपए लिए है वो भी मुझे nhi लेना फोन देखो आप जल्दी se जल्दी मेरे compilan ke जाच पड़ताल karo varna मे ऊपर bhe complain करूंगा जो सर्विस सेंटर वालो ने बिल deya hai or jo फोन ka बिल है उसकी photo neche है

                      I am a regular customer of flipkart. But i feel some fraudulent activities noticed from flipkart for my 2 orders i. E zebronics home theatre and one gold coin. So i logged a complain as a civilian of indian territory. I have order one zebronics home cinema and one gold coin from flipkart.in this regards i have no call received from. I have called up to flipkart to refund my amount near about 10-15 days but the customer care executives give me false promises and i have told them to forward this call to your seniors but they didn't. So finally i written this matter to indian govt and phone pe wallet to solve this issue because as per your permission they done business in india.

                          I have purchased mi a1 from flipkart on 16nov2017 using my credit card on emi. Since product was shipped on 16 nov by evening and i received the product package on 17 nov about 12 pm. Outer box was neatly sealed but i was surprised to see that phone box was packed in polyethene and after open polythene i found that seal of the box was broken and there was no phone and its accesories inside. Besides this it have an old laptop hard disk in the box. I have made a video o[censored]nboxing. I called flipkart and however they initialize the replacement. But if they deny the same what could i do. Please help me in this matter. I request you to please guide me through this.

                                I have ordered samsung galaxy on max on 6th nov 17. But i received moto c plus on 8th nov 17. Inovice shown samsung product only. I escalated the replacement on 8th nov. Still the process under going on. I tried to call cc team as well delivery team. Nobody given solution. Still issue escalating and not resolved. Till moto c with in my hand only. Nobody call and took the product.

                                I was escalate this issue through call and mail. All the time they said apology but no more action. Here i attached my order id and also zip file for your reference. Please take the issue on priority.

                                Till i am not getting call from flipkart.Flipkart notified my complaint but no resolution from there.

                                I have spoken daily with Flipkart customer care team.They saying same answer "wait Sir, Concern team will you on 24 hours".I have called daily to that team.All the time saying same answer.But that concern team doesn't call me.Till no delivery person come and took the wrong product(MOTO C).Flipkart portal shown "your issue is under process" past 11 days.But no more action happened.Please give any solution for this complaint.

                                  On 20 july mic stops working. I reported and they collect phone on 28 july attachment (Mic-issue-28-july. Jpg)
                                  Again 22 sep mic and network issue found. Again 30 oct 2017 mic and network issue found i submitted phone. They said that they found liquid log it will cost rs 24333. I refused and request to return my phone but after 14 days i received my phone with more issues what was previously there attachment (Many-issue. Jpg).                                     We had interacted with the customer, informed Since the product was delivered to customer on October 13, 2017, it has crossed the seller's 10 day replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfil customers replacement/refund request.
                                    The good news is that the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Customer can get in touch with the authorized service center and they'll be able to help out with any product related support customer may need.

                                      I bought one trimmer on 21 sept 2017. I paid money in pay later option on 4 oct 2017. But due to technical problem, money deducted two times from my account. I raised issue many times on flipkart customer care. They just called & ask to give time to solve problem but till today 17 nov 2017, no refunding. I'm too much disappointed with flipkart. If i would not pay money on time, they will start put interest on that but who will pay my internet.
                                      Please look into this matter.

                                        I ordered boosah patiala black, what I saw is 2 different shades of black clothes are used to stitch the salwar.It is looking very bad at the joints.At site picture doesn't show 2 different shades of clothes.I wonder whether product is checked or intentionally dispatched to sell the bad stock.My order number is od[protected].Refer attached pic.

                                        I would like to inform you that I don't live in India. This is the reason I ordered online product. This Patiala was ordered on one of my friend's Patna address and he brought it from there. Now your cheated product is with me and I live in Malaysia. Please contact me on +[protected] or at my husbands number +[protected] or at [protected]@gmail.com.
                                        And also inform how you would resolve this mess at your own cost.

                                        Further I would like to mention that This kind of Patiala are being sold at half price of yours in the market but with a good quality than yours.
                                        There are some reasons for that we order online products with keeping faith on your site. But with this I am baffled, feeling like wasting my time and energy on this small item. I am amazed how this can be resolved. Moreover, I cannot use it anyways...

                                        First you cheat people online then you respond so irresponsibly.
                                        you sent toll free number on email so that I also cannot call you.
                                        If you don't have option for dialing international number you could have given your valid number where I can call you. Please resolve the mess created by you asap.
