I ordered a lenovo laptop bag 15.6 inch (Black colour). But the side net covers meant for keeping bottles were torn from both the sides, the pics of which are attached for your reference.

If the customer is paying for something, it is expected to be unable good condition as you are displaying on your website.

Kindly look into the matter and resolve the same.

    Dear sir/ madam,
    I faced problem from flipkart on 25th nov. That is i was teceived different shoes from flipkart with order id od[protected] dispached on 23rd nov. When i was raised complain for refund from my mobile app. Account, they people block my account and giving me reply after 7 days and the reply is same common prank, cheating message that you had done many returns from your account though m account is new and using only one time. So, you imaging the team of concern department from flipkart is very rude, closed, not talk face to face, cheater, lazy, less confidential, and amny more.
    So, please help me out if you are potential for solving this problem,.
    Its not a issue for me, but its a issue of whole country, whrer people like flipkart is make cheating with people, an behave like they don't afraid from rules regulation of india.
    So, please teach lession to them.

        Flipkart delivered me a defective tv and when i requested for return they said that they will replace the product. But it has been more than a month and nobody has come to pickup the tv. The flipkart officials are always saying that they have escalated the issue and will be picked up. I shall wait for next 3 working days otherwise i will lodge my complaint to the following email ids:

Informed to customer the refund is processed from our end on 30/12/2017 and the same will reflect in his account on or before 04/01/2018 as per the bank standing instructions hence closing the case from our end.

          On 28/11/2017, i received a accucheck active gulucometer at 4:00 pm. But product delivered to me is faulty, broken and used.
          Toaday morning (29/11/2017) i request customer care to return the product and refund my amount but they told me that as per company policy they can't refund hence i request for replace.
          Today at 3:37 pm i received a call from flipkart ([protected]) stating that refund can be given to me for that i have to contact customer care, but when i call customer care they told me again same thing that it can be replaced only.
          Being a loyal customer of flipkart i never faced such issue in past and i am also a regular customer of flipkart. But this time flipkart shattered my trust like anything.
          I request you kindly refund my amount.

                  I ordered for office chairs through flipkart and i got the ordered delivered.
                  Product: vj interior leatherette office arm chair (Brown, set of 2)
                  Delivery condition: diy (Do-it-yourself)
                  Order id: od[protected]

                  Issue: the product is in assembled state and cannot be used. The product is given as do it yourself and it needs carpenter assembly and cannot be done (I tried already, its tedious).

                  I tried calling up flipkart support multiple times and also via email but no one is helping.

                  When i brought a product, i ordered it trusting flipkart and not any seller. Flipkart cannot do this to me.

                  Action:
                  1. Escalate this and get installation done quickly (Am ready to pay if you need)
                  2. Correct your page removing diy (Do it yourself) which is wrong in page https://www.flipkart.com/vj-interior-leatherette-office-arm-chair/p/itmeqhhzmnzg...
                  3. Inform/contact seller this needs installation and make sure this doesnt happen to anyone else.
                  4. Share flipkart escalation email to customers, as its our right to know.

                  I ordered the item from flipkart and item appears assembled in picture.
                  I got item delivered in pieces and definitely not anyone expects. I cannot call seller. i trusted and placed order in flipkart. This is completely wrong.

                  1. If seller says Do it yourself, isnt it flipkarts responsibility to review them.
                  2. Correct the page when discripancy is reported
                  3. Doesnt flikart hold responsibility of handling customer complaints? Its been two months and product is useless without assembly.
                  4.customer is ready to pay even and requesting flipkart to assist and escalteon this to close the issue as this shouldnt happen to anyone else.

                    I am chirag dethariya (30934) employee of ekart logistics (Recruited by adhaan) above 1 year my contract is not expire for till this day but i didn't get any salary from september till today. Not getting any satisfied answer from adhaan and flipkart (Ekart logistics) even they are not ready to me and even more they have added me in blacklist.

                    I got a letter on 30 november of getting suspended from 13 october. I attended my duty even after 13 october.in november month there is deliverey challan on my name and i was in delivery too.

                    I am not getting any salary of that time period so i am go for tomorrow police station and customer consumer forum and doing police complaint of mentally harassment and not give my salary last 2 month.

                    I will let customer consumer care know all about this.

                    I hope you understand my condition.

                              My return was processed only partially: i was supposed to receive half refund in phonepe wallet and half through egv. I have received the amount in phonepe wallet but egv isn't updated still even though i was told i'd receive the egv in 1 business day. Now flipkart has asked me to wait until 4th of dec (They need 6 days to resolve an egv issue? Wow!) i'm still without a phone, thanks to flipkart, again! And they haven't bothered to call or follow up on this issue so far.

                              My return was processed only partially: I have received the amount in PhonePe wallet (on 28th Nov) but EGV isn't updated still, even though I was told I'd receive the EGV in 1 business day. Now Flipkart has asked me to wait until 4th of Dec (they need 6 days to resolve an EGV issue? Wow!) I'm still without a phone, thanks to Flipkart, again! And they haven't bothered to call or follow up on this issue so far.
                              UPDATE : I received a call from your social media team yesterday(1st Dec) and I was asked to wait for another 24hrs, by the end of which, I'd receive the EGV, but I haven't received it yet. It's been over 24 hrs by the way.
                              How long do I have to be without a phone?! Flipkart service is getting beyond pathetic.

                                I bought moto e4 plus mobile from flipkart and the product was defective (Video calling issue). I have raised replacement request and talked with flipkart customer support. I made clear that if the replaced product also had quality issues then i need refund. Customer support person (Female executive) told that i will get refund in case of defective replaced product. I got replacement and the new product is also having quality issues (Ear phones portal defective and video calling issue). I have made refund request immediately. Now flipkart is not accepting the return request and suggesting me to go to service center and resolve the issue on my own. I have paid 9999 rupees to get the defective product and also i have to roam around service centre to get the issue resolved by keeping my priorities aside. I am expecting refund from flipkart and why would i waste my time at service center with defective product.

                                  Dear Team,

                                  A mobile phone ( Huawei Honor 9i) was purchased by me on 23rd Nov 2017, but after applying the mobile back cover it was observed that the Back Cover is defectively manufactured, due to which small scratches were observed on mobile edge,
                                  When complained about the same, an Iqor engineer visited my residence and declined for its replacement saying that Flipkart guarantees only product condition when received and not when product is used.

                                  Well According to the Law, company is liable for its main Product and its other contained products, Kindly note that Scratches were not formed by improper wear and tear, but was caused by defective Back Guard manufactured by the company.

                                  Engineers just to save the transportation expenses of the Company are declining the defects found in the product, in-spite of being informed about the same within 10 day replacement policy as advertised by Flipkart.

                                    I have purchased online mitashi 123.19cm (49 inches) ultra hd (4k) led smart tv (Order id
                                    Od[protected] from flipkart to date 13/oct/2017 and i received a damaged tv on 24/oct/2017. On 26/oct/2017 we open tv box and captured the video at the time of opening the box, once we found that tv was damaged then immediately we called flipkart customer care and registered the complaint with them.
                                    Please find below sequence of the incident as it happened:- i am once again reiterating the whole sequence for your reference to make sure how and when things happened with my product.
                                    1. Raised order mitashi 123.19cm (49 inches) ultra hd (4k) led smart tv (Order idod[protected] from flipkart on date 13/oct/20172 and i received a damaged tv on 24/oct/2017.
                                    2. On 26/oct.2017 opened the box and switched it on to do the connection found out that the tv screen is broken and immediately we called the customer care center of flipkart.
                                    3. I have raised the complaint with flipkart about the damaged product on 26/oct/2017 and authorized service engineer visited at our home at 2/nov/2017 for inspection and verified tv
                                    4. After that, we got the call from flipkart customer care and told us "pack the tv in as is condition and they said as per their policy pick up will happen in 2 business days.
                                    5. Since that day every day, i am calling them for pick up of damaged product and refund of my amount or replacement but they are giving me every day new reasons with the same reply" we have escalated your issue to the concerned team and we resolve your problem within 48 hrs" and please wait.
                                    6. On 24/nov/2017 i got a call from the customer (Flipkart) and they told me that, they have to cancel my old replacement request to generate a new one for early delivery from seller side. (They canceled my old request but haven't raised the new request and it is showing that i requested cancellation of replacement from my side in my account)
                                    7. On 26/11/2016 i received the call from flipkart about my money refund and they requested to wait until 28/11/2017. They assured me that the issues will be resolved within these 2 days but on tuesday (28/11/2017) i received the call from flipkart customer care they again ask me to wait for 24 hrs and i did. Now 24hrs already passed but the issue remains same.
                                    8. On 28/11/2017 i show in my flipkart account that the tv delivered on 28/11/2017 but from the last month, i am requesting flipkart for the refund of my money. Again i called flipkart customer care for the status and they said we escalated the issues to the concerned team and requested to wait until 05/12/2017.
                                    9 no action is taken from their end. Also, i have spoken with so many flipkart concern people and every time i am getting the only false commitment from them.
                                    It's almost more than 1 month and i haven't received a replacement or the money. Now i just want a refund of my money and i assure you i will never buy any product from flipkart in future, they misguided me and i am feeling cheated by flipkart

                                      I ordered a toner named mlt 103s and today i received it and paid cash rs 2089 for it and when i opened it, it turns out to be the toner for other printer and there is no return policy!
                                      This is so not expected from you flipkart don't you review your sellers and this particular seller has so many negative reviews against this seller!

                                      I want my refund flipkart this is so not done!

                                      The customer complaint about the wrong shipment delivered. We had interacted with the customer and he said today I have received the replacement product and there is no issue in that. Hence closing the complaint from our end.

                                        I received phone on 21st november and got selfie camera issue on 22nd november which is totally disappointing.

                                        I tried contacting flipkart and lenovo service center but couldn't get any response.

                                        It's been 10 days but no resolution even 2 time replacement request has been rejected without any proper reason.

                                        I just wanted to return product on which either provide new phone or refund, anything is fine!

                                        Customer raised a complaint because he was facing issue with the product. We interacted with the customer and arrange for the technician visit. Technician visit was not completed as per the timeline so we approve the request for refund. Product picked up and customer got the refund hence closing the complaint from our end.
