[Resolved] Flipkart — Worst Return policy | |||
Worst ever the service. Got a phone Huawei Honor 4C' with Order number OD[protected] Placed a return request after noticing i got a manufactural defect phone . Spoke to customer care twice and last arrived at conclusion the return policy team is there for not taking the defecting pieces back instead wasting valuable time of the customers. While the phone is idle with some background system applications running the phone is drained by 4 % in just 20 minutes . Temparature is 34% while idle. Think of while at playing games how it will be. This is sic that the representative referred to move to Customer Care center. Never had a such a worst experience as of the holy FLIPKART customer service. The Problem is clearly visible but no response on the issues instead saying google play is running on background . Let the person / representative know Android phone have play store on the background. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jul 08, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer he told the phone is giving lot problems, he instead he received a defective product and needs call back for the same on priority.
