Flipkart — Worst service | |||||
I ordered 4 trousers from flipkart, amount paid via debit card, received "sms order placed successfully" and amount detected from my debit card, but within a minute, my order cancelled. i tried on early morning to select product and added in cart and paid successfully, but they cancelled my order without any notification, if i contact customer care they only saying"sorry for inconvenience" "try next time""seller and our service is different", like this only saying, very worst and bad service. if there is problem in amazon or paytm, they will give me rs.500 gift card or paytm cash, or they give me same product with same offer price. but flipkart is really worst i need the product what i ordered, i don't need refund.help me my order# OD[protected] amount paid Rs.649 Was this information helpful? | |||||

before i purchased only 3 mobiles
now in every middle class home there is 5 mobile
so i can buy 3 mobile, there is no problem.
but i know the reason why they sending mail like this because my last purchase in lenevo k3 note, i asked to make return for new mobile, because of battery fixture problem, but still they sending me return request, but nobody came and return the mobile, around 3 months over
