Hi team,
I have purchased a Lenovo IdeaPad flex 5i, was delivered to me on[protected], the seller on Flipkart goes by the name PETILANTE online but I have received an invoice from INDOSPIRIT PRIVATE Limited with wrong Serial number .
The serial number on the laptop is different then the serial number on the invoice provided .
More over the seller if F assured on Flipkart this means a badge of assurance for the products under this tag go through strict quality checks, then packaged and delivered to customer.
So please tell me how can this miss match happen.
And the invoice is not readily available on the app under the order section, which like all my previous products are available.
I have to request for the invoice from the customer support but to my dissatisfaction I was told the invoice will be shared in half and hour. This kept happening twice and the third time I was adamant for the invoice to be shared right there .
And to my dissatisfaction again I was given a invoice with the wrong serial number .
Well I have been having a thru and fro conversation with Flipkart customer but they are unable to find a solution..
