Dear Sir or Ma'am,

To whom it may concern:

I am writing regarding my Flipkart account, which has been blocked or deactivated. My registered email is [protected]@gmail.com, and my registered mobile number is [protected].

I have been a regular Flipkart customer for over 12 years now and have placed numerous orders without any issues. However, when I tried logging in to my account today, I got a message saying my account had been blocked.

I am unsure why my account has been deactivated. I have not violated any terms or conditions, to the best of my knowledge. I request that you please look into this matter and reactivate my account as soon as possible.

I have attempted to resolve the issue by emailing [protected]@flipkart.com and calling the customer care number, but have not received a satisfactory response. Additionally, I reached out to your social media team on Instagram and Twitter (X), but my request was not addressed.

Flipkart is my preferred shopping destination, and I wish to continue using the platform for all my shopping needs. I would be very disappointed if I could not shop on Flipkart anymore. Please treat this as a high-priority case and reopen my account as soon as possible.

I look forward to hearing back from you regarding the reactivation of my account. Please feel free to contact me if you need any additional details.

    I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my phone number.

    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.br...

    I am using flipkart approx 10 years, every month I do 3 to 4 K shopping from flipkart. Supercoins 3380 is there in my account still.

    Since last 3 years I am ordering rakhi from flipkart but this time I got cheated & received incomplete product, I talked to customer care they raise my issue, seller rejected it, they blocked my account.
    If I was knowing it will block my account, then I never raise my complaint for 260 rupees product.
    One order i recieved was wrong, but when raised return it started popping as Open delivery, but in email, message or delivery person no one inflorm me that it is open delivery, so i took it as normsl & when found wrong product i raised complaints but seller rejected it.
    In both cases I was not knowing that what is happening. I just trusted flipkart.
    I need my account back, this is very bad, customer care never tell the correct thing & our account is block

      An order ( order ID: [protected]) for medicine was placed on 5th August 2023. The medicine isn't Delivered Yet. Today (27 August) they refused to raise a complaint for the issue of refund. I have the call on record.

          I have order fridge Samsung 236 L from Flipkart on 18th August 2023. I have made payment online through credit card and they said it to deliver by 20th august 2023.
          My product was not delivered till 26th August 2023 when I call them to know status they said that order has been cancelled from seller due to some unforeseen issues.
          After 100 calls to customer service still they have not refunded my money and nobody from Flipkart helping me.
          Please help me to get my money refunded bcz product is also not delivered nor money refunded.

              Same day I contacted Flipkart twice, 1st agent was very rude. She said, we sent the product correctly and nothing can be done.
              I did not receive the product which I ordered, so again I called and the agent said we have raised a complaint regarding this and I will be getting refund. She gave me some incident no too. Now when I called Flipkart, they are refusing to take back the item and give me refund, stating 7days return policy is over. I don't even what is this, the product which I received.
              If I'm getting the product I ordered, then why should I waste my time contacting these customer support people, even it is 1rs it's important to me.im not doing any charity to Flipkart

                On 6th August 2023 I raised a return request for the product "NAVIFORCE 9197 Fashion Sport Quartz Analog Digital LED Military Waterproof Wrist Analog-Digital Watch - For Men",
                with Product ID-OD[protected]. The return request was raised on the same day as the product was delivered.

                Flipkart is cancelling my return. As of now, I have raised a complaint more than 20 times for the same product for the same reason.

                I wish to return this product because the watch I received is too big and I cannot wear it. Every time I raise a complaint, Flipkart gives a resolution date which is 4 days later than the date the complaint is raised. Flipkart is doing nothing to resolve this issue, they are simply giving me a new timeline and asking me to wait more and more and still when I raise a complaint, Flipkart closes it immediately without giving any resolution at all and sends me a link to share my feedback. Kindly check the images I shared.

                On the 14th of August 2023 at 12:42 PM, I got a call from Flipkart Customer Support stating that my account would get unlocked within the next 1 to 2 hours and a return would be initiated, unfortunately, it's been 12 days since then and I have not received any resolution so far.

                If not given a proper resolution, then I will take this matter directly to the court and Flipkart will have to take responsibility for it.

                  I have order a fridge from Flipkart 18th august 2023 and they have never delivered that order and just send a msg order cancelled by seller but they haven’t refunded my money yet. Calling everyday Flipkart for my refund not response.

                      When I try to UPDATE my NEW mobile number, the OTP are being sent to both the new number and the old number.

                      I got the NEW number OTP and ACCOUNT password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as I lost the number and I don't have it.

                      This is making me UNABLE to change the MOBILE NUMBER.
                      Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                        I would like to bring to you notice the I have order the mobile phone through Flipkart app and I got payment option that if I pay amount I'll get the product by next day...today morning I got surprised msg form the flipkart team...stating the product will be deliver by 30th aug, 2023., which is highly disappointed me...since the morning Flipkart team members making me fool every 10mns one new guy replaying...is this the way to treat customers?...its completely cheating to customers...

                              Received fake pilgrim product from flipkart

                              I placed an order of two Pilgrim hair growth serums from Flipkart. The product I received is completely different from the product I use. On complaining to the Flipkart customer care they refused to accept that it is fake and they refused to place a complaint and they also refused to return the product.                               Ordered ramraj vest the seller sent N95 mack instead of the vest. No rerun policy and flipkart support is horrible they clsoe the concern without any resolution staring Seller has no return policy and closing the same.

                              FP must contact. The seller and ask them to resend or ban the seller for malpractice.

                                I have an amount of rupees 542 in my account as gift card balance. I have been trying to use this gift card balance as the payment method for the past 2 months. Every time I try to pay by gift card an error message pops up "Please try after sometime."
                                I have been trying to contact the customer care but I am unable to do so.
                                Please reserve the issue at the earliest or refund the amount back.
