I placed an order for one plus TV on 19th and Delivered on 21st June. But instead of oneplus TV, LG TV was delivered and the same was updated by the installation team and he made a request for replacement.
From then on i have multiple requests following up for the replacement
Couple of earlier requests were rejected with no reason and after further follow up your support team has raised a new replacement id and assured the backend team would resolve the issue.
The height of stupidity was in the latest request updates were as below :

First of all my name is not Girish and I am not requesting replacement of the Mobile Battery oppo F11Pro which clearly shows the guy who updated the ticket doesn't even understand the request i have raised for Oneplus TV. and then next comment he added is as below
Sorry, the return request cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed the delivery of the order with the product being intact.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
