Flipkart — Wrong Merchant category code (MCC) mapping

I have purchased a mobile phone from Flipkart eon 28 Nov 2025 amounting 22023. I used a SBI cashback credit card for payment through which I am eligible for cashback of 5%.
When i crossed checked I havn't received the cashback and in debt I investigated and got to know the MCC used is 5942 (represents education payment) which are ineligible for cashback.

Due to wrong mapping of MCC I havn't received the cashback and I have complained both SBI cards team and Flipkart team but no resolution from both end.
