My Name is Ganesh D Jadhav.
I have Purchased Mobile Back Cover For my Assus Zen Fone 3 But it was not fit for my mobile . So I Request for return of that Cover as per Company policy of flipkart which is within 10 days. My available time is after 3 PM for return product. I told their executive that they should come after 3 PM to Collect the product but they keep coming in morning and keep and keep cancelling my request.

We have taken up this case internally. Spoke to the customer, he said that he wants the pick up to be rescheduled on 27th Jan after 3 pm. Customer is not available in the office today. We have given instructions to our hub to reschedule it for tomorrow for pick up after 3 pm.
