Flipkart — Wrong skechers shoe received

Bought a skechers shoe on flipkart. But a different model of skechers was delivered to me. Raised a return request and submitted the photo of received product and 3 days passed, but no response. They asked me for a valid photo id proof. This is breach of privacy. We trust flipkart with our money but they can’t trust us. I have been purchasing from flipkart for 5 years. Very disappointed. This is a prepaid order and still flipkart is trying to breach my privacy.
