I have ordered a slipper from flipkart on June 2, 2022, but the wrong product came like other slipper which I have not ordered.. I raised return request, but delivery man refused to take my product, saying that he will only collect the slipper which I have ordered. But how can I give ordered product when wrong product delivered to me!! I have raised the return request again and again, also without asking me the pickup company ekart rejecting my pickup stating "customer decided to keep the product" -- when I told this ekart???? ..     I have order a phone from Flipkart on 31 may .and it will be delivered on 2 June but it will not be delivered on 2 june on same day the date extend to 4 june but it couldn't not delivered on that day i call the customer care but it says on same it will be delivered on 7 pm otherwise it will be delivered on 5 june but i couldn't receive yet on 5 june i call again it says it will be delivered on 9 june is it fair please resolve my problem as soon as possible otherwise refund my current phone price

      I have ordered a mobile in Flipkart with exchange of my old mobile which was getting used at home. The delivery guy came in the evening by passing all day and just said taking the old mobile in hand that the mobile will fail to pass the checks in just 2 seconds. I was surprised. He didn't event know how to cross check the mobile and he didn't know even to open the application where the cross checks to be done of my old mobile.

      That too he didn't know how to behave with a customer. Absolutely bad bad behaviour. He was in a hurry to reject my mobile exchange and just wanted me to agree on the remaining money to be given and take the new mobile which was ordered.

      I planned to take the delivery on Sunday purposefully so that I can setup my new mobile easily and gift to someone. But this worse service of Flipkart gave me bad experience. I will give 0 out of 10 marks. They can't return my day and my planned emotions for this gift.

        I am unable to see download invoice button on website/mobile app (iOS, Android both). I tried getting help from delivery executive on call and chat but no solution. Every time I am told that invoice is sent to registered email id but I am not rcving it.

        Tried all the steps suggested - uninstalling/re-installing, cache clear, log out/log in but no luck and every time the executive just says mail is sent, wait for sometime, TAT is 24hrs. I need the invoice by today to extend my warranty for the product but I am not getting any solution.

          I am order on 13may 2022 but not shipped yet & also not provide me cancellation service. More then 20days passed but not given any solution yet. Only customer executive said wait for tomorrow again and again for resolve but not resolve yet.

            I had order 5 pieces of "Prestige PHM 2.0 300 W Stand Mixer" On flipkart through my account [protected].But i only received 3 pieces. I contacted the delivery guy immediately after I opened the package.He told me that he will contact the office and then after some time he told me to refund it and my money would be refunded and when I
            Refunded the item, I got a call enquiry about the reason of my refund. I explained to him everything and he told me to wait for 2 or 3 days to wait for a call by flipkart.
            Now flipkart is not answering my emails or customer care is resolving this issue though I am calling everyday.

              I have baught vivo t1 5g from flipkart i am shubham the product was delivered very late and i received a defective product techinisian also approved it but they are not delivering my replaced phone the phone is not shipped yet showing only ordered flipkart disappointed me a lot my order id of new replaced phone is OD[protected]

                Ordered mobile phone two days back. It was supposed to be delivered on 4th June 2022. But delivery date extended to another two days so i cancelled the order as I am going out of town on that day. After that i placed another mobile order but as soon as I place the order the shipment is cancelled by the seller. I tried many times placing order but everytime my shipment is cancelled. I am a flipkart plus customer and i bought tons of products in flipkart over these years. This is how you treat to your customers. I didn't expect this from flipkart.

                    Hi All,

                    I have odered TP-link Archer AC600 High Gain USB Adapter & got delivered on 31 May. Inside the package the product is missing. I immediately raised the return on that day but someone at flipkart cancelled the request. Even i raised multiple return requests but not accepting the return. Even the return window is active.

                      Order has reached the destination but not delivered on 4 June 2022 and it is taking long than expected date.Ekart service is very bad.I want my order delivered today.I dont know what's taking this long to deliver the order as I called Ekart when they are delivering the order they assured me that they will deliver on 4 June 2022 but in evening they say undelivered

                          I have ordered Adidas EQ 21 running shoes size 10 on 22/04/22 and received 8 size shoes Immediately I raised return request but it showed rejected next day. Again I applied the same and called on customer care, executive assured to resolve this issue.It happened 7 to 8 times. I wrote mails too and posted my Adhar and photo as proof . Now I have blocked by flipkart with reasoning that I frequently raised return request but I am unable to understand this because when I did all as executives instructions how they blocked me now I am unable to make return request or mail too. I want my refund of Rs 4059/- I suffered a lot in the time of my cbse 10th exam period. I Mentally harassed by flipkart . I want my refund with compensation.

                            I am unable to login to my account. I am giving the phone number but unfortunately I am unable to remember my password, but forget password is not working. It has been throwing error since last two weeks.

                            Customer care is not going through at all. It just tells to check your order in your account and getting disconnetced. There is no way I am able to cintact the customer care as well. Also, it is telling to login to your account to contact the customer care.

                            Please help me resolve the issue
