Flipkart — ZEBRONICS Display Gaming Monitor multiple replacement request but courier not available

I have ordered a zebronics gaming pc from flipkart on 21 Jan 25, it was delivered to me on 26 Jan 25. Then i raised a replacement request as the screen had (vertical rgb lines) malfunction. This was out for delivery on 3 Feb25 but reached me 7Feb 25 but they couldn't replace due to serial number mismatch(the delivery agent couldn't find serial number usch capable trained employes) and they took it back. i raised another replacement request on 9 Feb 25 that arrived on 15Feb 25, now the app doesnot take 3 digit serial number but only one. Then tried maybe the next day it will be resolved(now the delivery agent doen't feel like coming and deliverying) and raised that customer didnot respond. What can a consumer do i waited FOR EACH DAY FROM 16FEB, 17FEB, 18FEB, 19FEB till 22 FEB, why waited becuase now there is some issue with courier so they can't deliver and it got cancelled from there side. What can i do i was frustrated but raised another request on on 24Feb now the same story repeats and each day flipkart say courier is not available. EKART, FLIPKART if you are listening its 2-MARCH-2025, i am still waiting for that replacement. Worst experience of all time.
