Dear sir, i buy zebronics zeb-cu5013 cfl ups on 8 april 2021 and its deliver on 9 april 2012 but the product i received is not working/dead on arrival and i complaint against in customer care on 9 april because from my i try to return this product but some error occurred in Flipkart and i complaint against this in customer care and today is 15 april 2021 bit flipkart doesn't resolve my issue yet and they not pickup this defective product and not refund my money.order id:-OD[protected].pls help me.

You may contact your bank’s customer care with the refrence number (P2105021235201105451005) using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
