I have placed an order[Order#11261] for birthday cake on 21 JUNE 2024 from https://florasensations.com and made an online payment of Rs499/- . I have received emails from them with payment and order details. Thereafter, the same day I received an email, that they cancelled that order and refund will be received in 10-15 working days. I have been sending multiple emails to know the refund status but didn't receive any response yet.
