On 12/05/2024, account number is chhaya#1134.
I ordered a cake and the order was placed but it was showing processing, the shipping address was of singrauli, and the delivery was express type and time slot was 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Amount is already debited from the bank and the order is still processing and i mailed them regarding the query and asking for the update no response is coming back from their side. My order number was 10201. Amount was Rs.554.
I want compensation of my order.

Order: #8986 for cake delivery placed on 4th April 2024.
1st email received from them saying order placed successfully.
2nd email received from them saying order is getting process.
Then 3rd email saying order got cancelled due to sellers are located too far away and can't deliver so will be refunded in 10-15 working days.

Following up from last 20 days but no response from them....

I placed order on 19th april and they themselves cancelled the order on 20th April mentioning that i will receive my money back and they will email me when it is initiated..but i have not received any emails from them after that.
They do not have any Phone number listed on website and they do not reply on emails..

I placed cake order id#9087 on 110th April 24 and it is cancelled 10th April24 itself. Post received an email about the refund. But still the amount is not refunded. Did multiple times sent a mail but there is no response. Amount is 1198Rs......

I have placed Cake order at 16/04/2024, order number 9301.
They cancelled order and not refunding amount till today,
Did multiple times followup but there is no response.

Amount is ₹461.58

pls help to mark of this website so that other cannot be indulge in this Company scam.

Had purchased a cake online from Flora Sensations on March 20th evening around 9 pm in few mins received an email stating cake order has been cancelled due to operational issues even after the stipulated timeline mentioned in the email am yet to get the refund.

Looks like it's a SCAM and many customers have faced similar issues recently. Can you please let me know how to go about in getting the refund....

I placed cake order id#8852 on 26th March 24 and it is cancelled 26th March 24 itself. Post received an email about the refund. But still the amount is not refunded. Did multiple times sent a mail but there is no response. Amount is 849Rs

On March 14th, 2024, I placed an order for a cake with Flora Sensations, Order ID: 8659. Unfortunately, on the same day, I received a notification that my order had been cancelled. It has now been 11 days since the cancellation, and despite multiple attempts, I have not received a refund for the canceled order.I have attempted to contact Flora Sensations regarding this matter, but have not received a satisfactory response. As a result, I am seeking assistance from the consumer helpline to resolve this issue and ensure that I receive the refund owed to me.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that I receive the refund promptly.

I placed cake order(id#8127) on 17th Feb'24 and it is cancelled on 18th Feb'24. Post received an email about the refund. But still the amount is not refunded. Did multiple times followup but there is no response. Very recent i received am email that refund amount has been credited to flora sensations flowers wallet and not even able to access that.

I have ordered a cake on 13th of feb, but they have cancelled my order and in thir cancelation mail they wrote that the refund amount will done with in 7 working days. but almost 17-18 days have gone, no one is reverting on mail and i am chasing for my money to get refund.

I order a cake and bouquet from flora sensation on 10 February and make a payment via phone pe after then I got an order confirmation mail. After sometime I got a mail of cancelled order and in that mail it was mentioned that I will get my refund in 10 -15 Working days. Today is 29 February and till now I didn’t received my money back. I had mailed flora sensations like 10 times but no reply received. Kindly look into the matter and process...

My name is gauri, I'm from pune.
I had ordered 1 flower booke on feb 7, 2023 at 10:30 am (payment vide phonepay) and the was to be delivered to kota. The company at no time mentioned that they had problems with delivery to the said address. The delivery was supposed to happen between 11 am to 12 pm. I contacted the friend to check if they had received the cake and they said that they had not got anything.
