My name is gauri, I'm from pune.
I had ordered 1 flower booke on feb 7, 2023 at 10:30 am (payment vide phonepay) and the was to be delivered to kota. The company at no time mentioned that they had problems with delivery to the said address. The delivery was supposed to happen between 11 am to 12 pm. I contacted the friend to check if they had received the cake and they said that they had not got anything.
And later on i message...

I am Bhavana Bandekar aka Prabha Rao. I am a senior citizen from Bangalore and have a grievance against Flora Sensations, a company which claims to deliver flowers, cakes and gifts online.
This is to bring to your notice that this company has not refunded my money for the past 2 months.

I had ordered for a Christmas cake on Dec 24, 2023 at 8.41 pm (payment vide gpay) and this was to be delivered to Palakkad. The company...

I placed an order inJan 10, 2025, the order was canceled by the company. They are not refunding my money or responding to emails.

I have ordered a cake on 16 oct and then got a mail order is cancelled as our sellers are yoo far from ir location and they said will get my refund within 10-15 working days but didn't got my refund and not replying to my mails...

I am formally lodging a complaint regarding the lack of communication and failure to issue a refund for my cancelled order.
On 5/11/2024, I placed an order for a cake and received an order confirmation email with order number 14804. Shortly thereafter, I received another email informing me that my order had been cancelled and that a refund would be initiated within 10-15 days. However, it has now been well beyond that timeframe, and I have yet to receive my refund.
Despite my attempts to reach out via email, I have received no response or acknowledgment of my concerns. This lack of communication and failure to process my refund is unacceptable and has caused me considerable frustration.
I kindly request that you address this issue promptly and ensure that my refund is processed without further delay. I would appreciate a response to this complaint at your earliest convenience.

Ordered a birthday cake on 1/9/2024 from Flora Sensations website Order: #13652.
Got a cancellation mail from them as
"Dear Customer,
We are really sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused to you.
We are really sorry to tell you that currently we are unable to deliver your product at this time as our sellers are located too far away. We have to cancel your order, and you'll receive your refund within 10 to 15 working days..
We really apologize again for the inconvenience caused to you.

But no rer hs received even after 20 days

Since I'm waiting from aug 28th.. no refund has been made.. fraud company... Kindly refund my amount in a week

I'm ordered cake online through flora sensation website for a special occasion also i made payment earlier but till now I didn't receive my order. They send me a confirmation mail continue with processing mail finally they declare that we couldn't deliver your product because your location is so far from our seller.

Then I don't know why they mention that we deliver across India within 2 hours. They should be blocked and restricted because hereafter no one can affect by them.

Kindly I request your goodselves to provide solution about my concern and do the needful.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the cancellation of the flower order on 07/09/2024 and the subsequent delay in refunding the amount paid. Despite my several emaisl and explicit request for a prompt response, company has failed to provide a resolution or even acknowledge my concerns.

I ordered a cake and I got a confirmation email. Next day it got cancelled and they said the cash will be refunded within 10 days. And since then there is no refund or reply to emails

1kg creamy choco chip cake order was placed on 24th august however, nothing received yet. I sent email request on their website raising complaint still no response yet. So found it is a fake and scam website.

I have ordered birthday cake and few other items on 18th April 2024, order got canceled on 20th April 2024.
I am still waiting for refund, No reply for my email's also.
Looks like this is a fake company they never refund the amount.

I have ordered cake and flowers which was supposed to be delivered to pune but right after 2 hours of placing the order I got a mail that my order has been cancelled and I will get the refund in next 15-20 days but it is almost 25 days and I haven’t received my refund yet.

Ordered a cake on 11th August 2024. They cancelled the order saying that the seller was situated far away and hence the order would not be delivered.

I ordered a cake on 12th july 2024 of Rs 850 having Order id 11793. They cancelled my order at the last moment and saying that the seller is too far and are unable to deliver the cake. They will return the amount within 10 to 15 working days. But Almost one month is past and they didn't refund the money. I thought the company is fraud and looting the people.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Flora Sensation for failing to deliver a cake that I ordered on the 8th of August, 2024, for my mother’s birthday.

I placed the order on the same date and made a payment of Rs. 999 via UPI . Despite my repeated attempts to contact Flora Sensation through various means, there was no response, and the cake was never delivered.

This non-delivery has caused significant disappointment and inconvenience, as the cake was intended to be a crucial part of my mother's birthday celebration. I believe that Flora Sensation has breached the terms of service and consumer rights by failing to fulfill the order and neglecting to provide any assistance or refund.

Therefore, I request that Flora Sensation issue a full refund of Rs. 999 at the earliest. I also urge the court to take necessary action against the company for their negligence and poor customer service.

Attached to this letter are copies of the payment receipt, order confirmation, and any other relevant communication with Flora Sensation.

Have ordered a cake on 7 July 2024 which was supposed to be delivered on 10 July 2024.But it was delivered and mail was send to me stating that order was cancelled and the refund will be made in 10-15 working days.I have sent multiple e- mails to their support mail id but didn't receive any response from their end.Its already more than 23 working days.If I am not receiving my refund back, I will be filing complaint in the consumer court regarding the same.

I had ordered a product on 23 July 2024 and did a prepayment of Rs.1, 159 (transaction id[protected] to UPI id - floristsensation-8345231.[protected]@indus) for the next day delivery but they cancelled my order midnight night. There refund policy is 10-15 days after product cancellation but today after 16 days there is no refund initiation. Kindly address the issue.

Placed order for a cake on 10th July'24 and did prepayment of 999 Rs, Flora sensations cancelled the order in an hour and sent an email that refund will be issued in 15 days.
Since then I'm following up with Flora sensations, neither refund came through nor their team is responding to any emails

I order a cake for my birthday but upto now there didn't delivered my order and not responding upto now and order no #12177

I have made an order on the 19th June (#11235), it was a anniversary gift which has to be delivered on the 21st June. Exactly on the 21st June morning, I receive an email stating my order is cancelled. my amount Rs1699/- will be refunded within 10 to 15 working days. Not only you people spoiled the anniversary but failed to refund it even after a month. i have been sending multiple emails, but no response. they haven't even provided with a contact number also .Today it is 21st July. I request you to initiate the refund as soon as possible. my next step will be filing a case in consumer court.

after half day on checking about the order it came order cancelled.
Made payment also for that Transaction id : 10928_240609:63 on June 9th 2024, Rs949. Mail came as refund will be there 10-15 working days. Till today (June 25th ) no refund. there is no contact information. For mail also they does not reply. They have sent payment confirmation, Order confirmation, Order cancelled. Today is 18th day which my refund they have not given, sharing the screenshot of the order which was cancelled on there website page.

I have ordered an anniversary cake and bouquet on 19th June, 2024 at 06.00 pm to be delivered on the same day. At 09:36 pm I sent them a mail asking for the update on order. They have provided only mail service for any kind of communication, for which they replied on 1:01 am, the next day, asking for next day delivery. This is highly outrageous as sending something on someone's special day is important not the day after. Please report this business as it is totally fraud.

I have placed an order of cake on 12th May on occasion of mother's day and in website it shows 4 hour delivery but unfortunately today is 15th and still the status is showing order in processing. I have email them many times but no response from their side.
The cake amount was Rs.960.
