Have ordered a cake on 7 July 2024 which was supposed to be delivered on 10 July 2024.But it was delivered and mail was send to me stating that order was cancelled and the refund will be made in 10-15 working days.I have sent multiple e- mails to their support mail id but didn't receive any response from their end.Its already more than 23 working days.If I am not receiving my refund back, I will be filing complaint in the consumer court regarding the same.

I had ordered a product on 23 July 2024 and did a prepayment of Rs.1, 159 (transaction id[protected] to UPI id - floristsensation-8345231.[protected]@indus) for the next day delivery but they cancelled my order midnight night. There refund policy is 10-15 days after product cancellation but today after 16 days there is no refund initiation. Kindly address the issue....

Ordered a cake on 22nd July 2024. They cancelled the order saying that the seller was situated far away and hence the order would not be delivered.

They sent a mail saying that the money would be refunded in 10 to 15 Woking days. Since then I have sent multiple mails but no response from their side.

They do not have a phone number listed on the website.
Strict action should be taken against such fraudsters

Placed order for a cake on 10th July'24 and did prepayment of 999 Rs, Flora sensations cancelled the order in an hour and sent an email that refund will be issued in 15 days.
Since then I'm following up with Flora sensations, neither refund came through nor their team is responding to any emails

I ordered a cake from floral sensation on 24 June 2024, they cancelled my order saying they have issue with delivery service, and emailed me saying they'll give me my refund within 10-15 days. Even after a month, they still not responding my emails nor giving me refund

I have made an order on the 19th June (#11235), it was a anniversary gift which has to be delivered on the 21st June. Exactly on the 21st June morning, I receive an email stating my order is cancelled. my amount Rs1699/- will be refunded within 10 to 15 working days. Not only you people spoiled the anniversary but failed to refund it even after a month. i have been sending multiple emails, but no response. they haven't even provided with a contact number also .Today it is 21st July. I request you to initiate the refund as soon as possible. my next step will be filing a case in consumer court.

after half day on checking about the order it came order cancelled.
Made payment also for that Transaction id : 10928_240609:63 on June 9th 2024, Rs949. Mail came as refund will be there 10-15 working days. Till today (June 25th ) no refund. there is no contact information. For mail also they does not reply. They have sent payment confirmation, Order confirmation, Order cancelled. Other than that they are not replying for anything.

Today is 18th day which my refund they have not given, sharing the screenshot of the order which was cancelled on there website page.

I have ordered an anniversary cake and bouquet on 19th June, 2024 at 06.00 pm to be delivered on the same day. At 09:36 pm I sent them a mail asking for the update on order. They have provided only mail service for any kind of communication, for which they replied on 1:01 am, the next day, asking for next day delivery. This is highly outrageous as sending something on someone's special day is important not the day after. Please report this...

I had placed my order on May 22nd and the order got cancelled the same day with an email saying the refund will be provided in 10-15 working days.

I have placed an order of cake on 12th May on occasion of mother's day and in website it shows 4 hour delivery but unfortunately today is 15th and still the status is showing order in processing. I have email them many times but no response from their side.

I ordered a cake and the order was placed but it was showing processing, the shipping address was of singrauli, and the delivery was express type and time slot was 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Amount is already debited from the bank and the order is still processing and i mailed them regarding the query and asking for the update no response is coming back from their side. I placed order on 19th april and they themselves cancelled the order on 20th April mentioning that i will receive my money back and they will email me when it is initiated..but i have not received any emails from them after that.

Had purchased a cake online from Flora Sensations on March 20th evening around 9 pm in few mins received an email stating cake order has been cancelled due to operational issues even after the stipulated timeline mentioned in the email am yet to get the refund.

Looks like it's a SCAM and many customers have faced similar issues recently. Can you please let me know how to go about in getting the refund....

I placed cake order(id#8127) on 17th Feb'24 and it is cancelled on 18th Feb'24. Post received an email about the refund. But still the amount is not refunded. I have ordered a cake on 13th of feb, but they have cancelled my order and in thir cancelation mail they wrote that the refund amount will done with in 7 working days. but almost 17-18 days have gone, no one is reverting on mail and i am chasing for my money to get refund.
